Product Overview

The TriDri Fitness mat and carry bag (TR701) provides a comprehensive solution for fitness professionals and corporate wellness initiatives. This well-engineered set combines a high-quality textured foam mat with a versatile transport system, ensuring you have everything required for a productive session, whether in a studio or a professional gym environment. The inclusion of a removable carry bag with a dedicated zipped pouch demonstrates a thoughtful approach to functional design, allowing for the secure storage of personal items while on the move.

Key Features
  • Textured foam surface: The mat is designed with a specific texture to provide reliable grip and stability during use, reducing the risk of slips during intensive movements.
  • Adjustable carry harness: The polyester webbed strap allows for a tailored fit when carrying, ensuring the mat remains secure and comfortable against the body.
  • Integrated zipped pouch: A secure pocket within the removable bag provides a safe location for essential items such as keys or mobile devices.
  • Clip release buckles: These allow for the rapid removal of the bag from the harness, providing flexibility in how the equipment is handled.
  • Amfori BSCI accreditation: This ensures the product is sourced from a supply chain that adheres to high social and ethical standards.

Design & Performance

Constructed with a 100% PVC mat and a 100% polyester bag, this equipment is built to withstand the rigours of frequent use. The mat offers a substantial cushioned feel, providing essential support for joints during floor-based exercises. At 190cm in length and 0.6cm in thickness, it accommodates a wide range of movements while maintaining its shape and integrity.

The bag is crafted from durable polyester, which offers resistance to wear and tear during transit. The webbed strap is particularly resilient, designed to carry the weight of the mat without stretching or losing its shape over time. The inclusion of a cut-away label also ensures a clean finish, particularly when being rebranded for professional use.

Customisation: Print & Embroidery

At MyWorkwear, we specialise in high-quality customisation to help your brand maintain a professional appearance. This fitness set offers excellent opportunities for branding, particularly on the carry bag and harness. Embroidery provides a sophisticated finish that is ideal for corporate logos or staff names, ensuring a long-lasting and premium look.

Alternatively, print customisation is an effective choice for larger, more vibrant designs that require high visibility. Our expert in-house team, based in Telford and operating since 1976, will ensure your branding is applied with precision. Please note that heat should not be applied to the foam mat itself during the decoration process; our team will advise on the best placement on the bag or strap to maintain the quality of the mat.

Use Cases

This set is an ideal choice for personal trainers who require portable equipment for client sessions. It also serves as a superior option for corporate wellness packages or as high-quality merchandise for gym and yoga studio members. Given its professional finish, it is well-suited for any environment where brand representation and functional performance are required.

Practical Advice

To ensure the longevity of the textured surface, we recommend removing all footwear before use, as shoes can cause premature wear to the foam. When transporting the mat, ensure the clip buckles are fully engaged to prevent the mat from shifting within the harness, which ensures a more comfortable carry.

Caring for your product

Maintaining the hygiene and appearance of your fitness mat is essential for its long-term performance. The mat should be wiped clean with a damp cloth after every use. Failing to do so can lead to a build-up of moisture and bacteria, which may eventually degrade the PVC material and cause unpleasant odours.

The polyester bag should also be wiped clean to remove dust or dirt accumulated during transit. Avoid using harsh chemical cleaners or abrasive materials, as these can damage the texture of the mat or the integrity of any custom branding applied to the bag. Ensure the mat is completely dry before rolling it for storage to prevent any mould growth.
