Product Overview

The Stella Expresser 2.0 (STTW079) represents a significant evolution in professional womenswear, offering a refined, fitted silhouette that does not compromise on comfort. As an iconic mid-lightweight t-shirt, it is engineered for businesses that prioritise both aesthetic appeal and environmental responsibility. Crafted from 100% organic combed ringspun cotton, this garment provides a smooth, high-quality surface that is specifically designed to showcase custom branding with exceptional clarity.

Key Features
  • 100% Organic Combed Ringspun Cotton: This premium fabric choice offers a softer handle and superior durability compared to standard cotton, while meeting strict global organic standards.
  • 1x1 Rib Neck Collar: The inclusion of a ribbed collar ensures the neckline retains its shape and elasticity over time, preventing the sagging often seen in lower-quality garments.
  • Self-Fabric Inside Back Neck Tape: This internal finish provides extra comfort against the skin and reinforces the shoulder seams for a longer-lasting garment life.
  • Narrow Twin-Needle Topstitching: Located at the sleeve cuffs and bottom hem, this detail provides a clean, professional finish while preventing the edges from fraying or unravelling during active use.
  • Tear-Out Tag: This feature allows for easy rebranding or increased wearer comfort by removing potential irritation at the neck.

Design & Performance

The design of the Stella Expresser 2.0 focuses on a tailored, feminine fit that provides a professional appearance in any corporate or retail setting. The mid-lightweight fabric is substantial enough to feel durable and high-quality, yet breathable enough for year-round wear. By using combed ringspun cotton, the fabric fibres are smoothed and thinned, resulting in a stronger, more consistent material that resists pilling and maintains its form through rigorous work schedules.

Customisation: Print & Embroidery

This t-shirt is an excellent candidate for both print and embroidery, thanks to the tight weave of the organic cotton. For a formal and long-lasting finish, embroidery is recommended for company logos and staff names, providing a textured, professional look that withstands industrial laundering. For larger, more graphic designs or promotional campaigns, our high-definition printing processes deliver vibrant colours and sharp details. All customisation is performed in-house at our Telford facility, where our experts have been perfecting branding techniques since 1976.

Use Cases

The Stella Expresser 2.0 is highly versatile, making it suitable for front-of-house staff, retail uniforms, and corporate event wear. Its sustainable credentials also make it the preferred choice for eco-conscious organisations and fashion-forward brands looking for a high-quality base garment for their merchandise.

Why MyWorkwear

Established in 1976, MyWorkwear has nearly five decades of experience in delivering high-quality, customised clothing. Based in Telford, our technical expertise ensures that every garment we produce meets our exacting standards for durability and finish. We understand that your workwear is a reflection of your business, and we treat every order with the professional care it deserves.

Practical Advice

As this is a fitted garment, it provides a more contoured shape than a standard unisex t-shirt. If your staff prefer a more relaxed fit for physical tasks, we recommend reviewing the size guide and perhaps opting for a size larger than usual. The extensive size range from XS to 3XL ensures you can provide a consistent look for your entire team.

Caring for your product

To ensure the longevity of both the organic cotton fibres and your custom branding, we recommend a domestic machine wash at 30°C. Washing at this temperature prevents excessive thermal stress on the fabric, which can lead to shrinkage and fading.

Do not use bleach when cleaning this garment. Bleach will break down the organic cotton fibres and cause significant discolouration to both the fabric and your embroidered or printed logo.

Ironing should be restricted to a low temperature setting. High heat can damage the integrity of the print and cause the cotton to become brittle. Always iron the garment inside out to protect the customisation.

We advise against tumble drying. The high heat and mechanical agitation of a dryer can cause the fitted silhouette to lose its shape and may lead to premature cracking of printed designs. Instead, reshape the garment while damp and allow it to air dry naturally.

Do not dry clean this t-shirt. The chemicals used in the dry-cleaning process are too harsh for organic cotton and can degrade the adhesives and threads used in our customisation processes.
