Practical Advice

Caring for your product
To maintain the structural integrity of the canvas and the vibrancy of your customisation, we recommend a domestic wash at 30°C. Higher temperatures can cause the recycled cotton fibres to shrink or distort, potentially puckering your embroidery or affecting the adhesive bond of any printed elements.
Do not use bleach on this garment. Chlorine-based cleaners will aggressively strip the dye from the canvas and weaken the organic cotton lining, significantly shortening the lifespan of the bag.
This product must not be tumble dried. The intense heat of a dryer can cause the recycled polyester components to become brittle and may damage the finish of your custom logo. Instead, reshape the bag while damp and allow it to air dry naturally.
If ironing is required to remove creases, use a low heat setting of 110°C and avoid direct contact with any printed or embroidered areas to prevent melting or scorching the decorative finish.
