Product Overview

The Spiro recycled women's fitness dress is a sophisticated choice for professionals and sports enthusiasts who require a blend of classic aesthetic and modern technical performance. Designed specifically for tennis and court-based sports, this sleeveless dress offers a full-skirt span that allows for unrestricted movement during high-intensity play. By combining high-quality recycled yarns with a substantial elastane content, this garment provides a supportive fit that maintains its silhouette throughout the working day or match play.

Key Features
  • Integrated Side Pockets: Provides practical storage for tennis balls or personal items without disrupting the garment’s clean lines.
  • Hi-Tech Stretch Fabric: Engineered for superior shape retention, ensuring the dress does not become baggy after repeated wear.
  • Quick-Dry Technology: Effectively manages moisture to keep the wearer comfortable and dry during physical exertion.
  • Tailored Collar and Bound Armholes: Offers a professional, finished appearance suitable for club uniforms and coaching staff.
  • Zip-Free Design: Eliminates the risk of irritation or mechanical failure, providing a smooth, easy-to-wear fit.

Design & Performance

Constructed from a medium-weight blend of 78% recycled polyester and 22% elastane, this dress is as durable as it is flexible. The high elastane content is crucial for shape recovery, meaning the fabric moves with the body rather than resisting it. The inclusion of recycled polyester highlights a commitment to sustainable sourcing without compromising on the high-performance feel expected from professional activewear. The flattering waistband and flared skirt are designed to complement the female form while providing the functional 'flick' required for agility on the court.

Customisation: Print & Embroidery

This garment is perfectly suited for customisation, allowing clubs and businesses to maintain a unified professional appearance. For a traditional and durable finish, we recommend embroidery for club crests or individual names; the fabric's substantial weight supports high-density stitching without puckering. If your branding requires larger, more vibrant graphics or sponsor logos, our high-quality printing process is an excellent alternative. All customisation is carried out by our expert in-house team at our Telford facility, drawing on nearly five decades of experience to ensure your brand is represented accurately.

Use Cases

This dress is an ideal uniform solution for tennis club staff, professional coaches, and fitness instructors who require a garment that is more formal than standard gym wear but retains all the technical benefits. Its breathable, quick-dry properties also make it suitable for outdoor summer tournaments or indoor court management roles where a professional image is paramount.

Practical Advice

The Spiro fitness dress is designed for a performance fit. For those who prefer a slightly more relaxed feel through the torso, we suggest reviewing the size guide, which ranges from XXS (UK 6) to 2XL (UK 18). This dress layers effectively with performance base layers or a coordinated jacket for outdoor training sessions during cooler months.

Caring for your product

To maintain the performance and longevity of this technical garment, we recommend a domestic machine wash at 30°C. Washing at higher temperatures can damage the elastane fibres, leading to a loss of stretch and shape retention over time.

Avoid the use of bleach, as harsh chemical agents will degrade the recycled polyester fibres and cause the colour to fade. For the best results, allow the dress to air dry naturally. Tumble drying should be avoided, as the high heat can warp the technical fabric and may cause the garment to shrink.

If ironing is necessary, use a low heat setting. High heat can melt synthetic fibres or damage custom print and embroidery. This garment is not suitable for dry cleaning, as the chemicals used in the process can interfere with the quick-dry properties of the fabric.
