Product Overview
The SF Women's Feel Good Stretch Vest is a meticulously engineered garment designed for professionals who require a balance of style and functional performance. This modern longline vest features a slim fit that contours to the body, offering a sophisticated alternative to standard workwear basics. With its premium finish and enzyme-washed fabric, it provides a superior level of comfort and a professional aesthetic that withstands the demands of a busy working day.
Key Features
- Enzyme Wash Finish: This process results in a unique, soft hand feel, ensuring the garment is comfortable against the skin from the very first wear.
- Tear-Out Label: Designed with customisation in mind, the tear-out label allows for easy rebranding, making it an ideal choice for businesses looking to create their own bespoke uniform line.
- Self-Fabric Binding: The neck and armholes are finished with self-fabric binding, which provides a clean, high-quality appearance and prevents the edges from fraying or losing shape.
- Twin-Needle Stitching: Reinforced stitching at the sleeves and hem ensures the garment maintains its structural integrity through repeated wear and industrial laundering.
- Shaped Side Seams: These seams are specifically tailored to provide a feminine, slim-fit silhouette that looks sharp under a jacket or when worn as a standalone piece.
Design & Performance
Constructed from a high-quality single jersey fabric comprising 96% cotton and 4% elastane, this vest offers exceptional flexibility. The inclusion of elastane provides the necessary stretch for ease of movement, while the high cotton content ensures breathability in warm environments. The lightweight nature of the fabric makes it an excellent choice for layering or for use in high-activity roles where temperature regulation is paramount. The Heather Grey variant slightly adjusts this composition to include viscose, maintaining the same soft texture and performance characteristics.
Customisation: Print & Embroidery
This garment is highly versatile when it comes to branding. For a traditional and durable professional finish, we recommend embroidery. It is particularly effective for company logos or staff names, providing a textured, high-quality look that lasts. If your branding requires large, vibrant graphics or high-impact messaging, our professional printing services are the ideal solution. Both processes are handled in-house at our Telford facility by a team that has been perfecting workwear customisation since 1976.
Use Cases
The sleek, modern design of this stretch vest makes it suitable for a wide range of sectors. It is an excellent choice for front-of-house staff in the hospitality and retail industries, as well as for health and beauty professionals who require a uniform that moves with them. It also serves as a high-quality promotional item for events where a fashion-forward appearance is required.

Practical Advice
This vest is designed with a modern longline slim fit. If you prefer a more relaxed feel or are between sizes, you may wish to consider moving up one size. It functions perfectly as a base layer under a sweatshirt or as a primary uniform piece in warmer climates.
Caring for your product
To maintain the elasticity and colour of your vest, we recommend a domestic wash at 40°C on a synthetic cycle. Washing at this temperature effectively removes dirt while protecting the elastane fibres from heat damage, ensuring the garment retains its shape over time.
Avoid the use of bleach, as this will degrade the fabric fibres and lead to premature wear and discolouration. Similarly, do not dry clean this item, as the harsh chemicals involved can damage both the fabric and any applied customisation.
This garment should not be tumble dried. High heat in a dryer can cause the elastane to become brittle and the cotton to shrink. Instead, re-shape the vest while damp and allow it to dry naturally out of direct sunlight to prevent the colours from fading.
When ironing, use a two-dot setting and always iron on the reverse of any decoration. Direct heat on a print or embroidery can cause the design to melt or distort, compromising the professional appearance of your branding.
