Practical Advice

The headband is available in sizes Small to Large, catering to a range of head circumferences from 56cm to 62cm. Because of its low-profile design, it can be easily layered under safety helmets or hoods when the weather turns particularly inclement. We suggest choosing a size that feels snug but not restrictive to ensure the scooped sections remain correctly positioned over the ears.

Caring for your product

To maintain the performance and longevity of your Polartherm headband, proper care is essential. We recommend a domestic wash at 40 degrees. This temperature is effective for removing dirt and oils while preserving the structural integrity of the polyester fibres.

It is vital that you do not bleach this garment. Chemical bleaches will break down the synthetic fibres and cause the colour to fade prematurely, which can negatively impact the visibility of your embroidered or printed branding.

Do not iron the headband. Fleece is a synthetic material that is sensitive to high heat; direct contact with an iron will melt the fibres, destroying the soft texture and thermal efficiency of the Active Fleece. Once washed, simply allow the garment to air dry to maintain its shape.
