Product Overview
The Result Genuine Recycled Thinsulate™ beanie is a sophisticated piece of headwear designed to provide superior thermal protection without compromising on sustainability. Based on a classic silhouette, this version is constructed using fifty percent recycled materials, repurposing the equivalent of a one-litre plastic bottle into every hat. It combines a professional aesthetic with high-performance insulation, making it an essential component of a winter workwear uniform for those who require reliability in cold conditions.
Key Features
- 3M Thinsulate™ Thermal Lining: The integrated Thinsulate™ lining provides exceptional heat retention while remaining breathable, ensuring your team stays warm during extended outdoor shifts.
- Double Thickness Knit: The dual-layered construction creates a robust barrier against wind and cold, offering significantly more protection than standard single-layer alternatives.
- Deep Folded Cuff: The generous cuff allows for adjustable coverage over the ears and forehead, providing a secure fit that stays in place during physical activity.
- Quick-Drying Fabric: The blend of recycled and soft-feel acrylic is designed to dry rapidly, which is particularly beneficial when working in unpredictable British weather.
- Sustainable Composition: By utilising recycled acrylic, this beanie supports your company's environmental commitments without sacrificing the soft-touch comfort required for all-day wear.
Design & Performance
The design of the RC933 focuses on functional durability. The soft-feel knit is comfortable against the skin, avoiding the irritation often associated with coarser woollen hats. Because it is a heavyweight knit, it maintains its structural integrity through repeated wear. The 3M Thinsulate™ technology is globally recognised for its ability to trap air molecules close to the body; the more air a material traps in a smaller space, the more efficiently it insulates you from the cold. This makes the beanie remarkably warm without feeling overly bulky or heavy on the head.
Customisation: Embroidery Only
To ensure your branding looks its best on a textured, knitted surface, we offer embroidery as the sole customisation method for this beanie. Knitted fabrics possess a natural stretch and a ridged surface that makes traditional printing prone to cracking or poor adhesion. Embroidery, however, involves stitching your logo directly into the fabric. Our in-house team in Telford, drawing on expertise dating back to 1976, uses high-tension embroidery machines to produce a finish that is both tactile and incredibly durable. This method ensures your company logo remains crisp and professional, even after the hat has been stretched and worn daily.
Use Cases
This beanie is ideally suited for tradespeople working on exposed construction sites, warehouse staff in cold-storage environments, or logistics teams operating in the winter months. Its clean, classic design also makes it appropriate for site supervisors and management who need to maintain a professional appearance while conducting outdoor inspections.

Practical Advice
This beanie is supplied in a single size designed to fit most adults comfortably. The deep cuff is not just a style choice; it allows you to adjust the depth of the hat to accommodate different head shapes or to pull it lower when the wind picks up. For those working in layers, this beanie pairs excellently with high-visibility jackets and thermal base layers.
Caring for your product
To maintain the thermal properties and the integrity of the recycled fibres, we recommend a permanent press machine wash at 40°C. This temperature is sufficient to remove dirt and oils without damaging the delicate Thinsulate™ lining or the embroidery threads.
Under no circumstances should you use bleach, as this will degrade the acrylic fibres and cause the colours to fade prematurely. You must also avoid dry cleaning, which uses harsh chemicals that can strip the softness from the knit.
Do not tumble dry or iron this beanie. High heat from an iron or a dryer will melt the synthetic fibres and ruin the Thinsulate™ insulation. For the best results, reshape the hat while it is still damp and allow it to air dry naturally. This ensures the beanie retains its shape and fit for the long term.
