Regatta Professional Women's venturer 3-layer hooded softshell jacket

Product Overview

The Regatta Professional Women's Venturer 3-Layer Hooded Softshell Jacket is a refined choice for the professional woman who requires protection from the elements without sacrificing a smart appearance. This medium-weight jacket provides a sophisticated alternative to bulky outerwear, offering a tailored fit that is both practical for active work and suitable for client-facing environments.

Key Features

• Three-Layer Softshell Construction: This advanced fabric system provides a resilient barrier against wind and light rain, ensuring you remain comfortable and focused during outdoor tasks.
• Integrated Hood: The fixed hood offers immediate protection against the unpredictable British weather, preventing heat loss and keeping you dry during sudden showers.
• Tailored Female Fit: Designed specifically for the female form, this jacket provides a professional silhouette and better range of movement than generic, unisex alternatives.
• Durable Polyester Fabric: The 100% polyester composition ensures the garment is hard-wearing and resistant to the daily scuffs and scrapes of a busy working environment.

Design & Performance

Engineered for consistent performance, the Venturer jacket utilises a three-layer system that balances weather resistance with breathability. The medium-weight fabric feels substantial and protective, yet remains flexible enough for tasks that require a full range of motion. Because it is constructed entirely from polyester, it is quick-drying and maintains its shape well, even after a long day on-site or in the field.

Customisation: Print & Embroidery

This item is available with both print and embroidery customisation. Embroidery delivers a textured, premium appearance — ideal for logos and names — and stands up to repeated washing without fading, making it a favourite for long-term branding. For larger, bold designs or those requiring a broader colour range, our high-quality printing process is better suited. Our in-house team, established in 1976, handles all customisation at our facility in Telford to ensure a superior finish that reflects your company's standards.

Use Cases

This jacket is ideally suited for site supervisors, logistics coordinators, and outdoor event staff who require a smart, unified look. Its professional aesthetic also makes it an excellent choice for corporate branded team-wear during travel or outdoor exhibitions.

Practical Advice

The Venturer is designed to be worn over a base layer or light knitwear. If you intend to wear a thick sweatshirt or fleece underneath during the colder months, you may wish to consider how this might affect your preferred fit across the shoulders and chest.

Caring for your product

To maintain the technical performance and professional appearance of your softshell jacket, it is important to follow the specific care instructions found on the internal label. Proper maintenance ensures the water-resistant properties remain effective for as long as possible.

Avoiding the use of harsh chemicals or fabric softeners during cleaning is recommended, as these can break down the synthetic fibres and the three-layer membrane, potentially compromising the jacket's ability to protect you from the wind and rain.
