As this is a 'one size' item, it is designed to be universal. To ensure the best carrying experience, we recommend adjusting the shoulder strap so the pad sits directly on the shoulder, and using the internal baseboard at all times to keep the weight distributed evenly. Caring for your product
To maintain the structural integrity and aesthetic of your holdall, it should be sponged clean only. Using a washing machine can damage the internal baseboard and the protective base feet, and may cause the 600D polyester to lose its shape or water-resistant properties.
