Product Overview

The ProRTX RX152 Pro long sleeve t-shirt is a fundamental component of any professional uniform. Engineered for longevity, this medium-weight garment balances the natural breathability of cotton with the resilience of polyester. Unlike standard high-street alternatives, this t-shirt is designed specifically for the rigours of the workplace, offering a reliable fit that maintains its structure even after repeated laundering.

Key Features

  • Ribbed Sleeve Cuffs: The inclusion of ribbed cuffs ensures the sleeves stay securely in place, preventing interference with tools or equipment and providing a neater finish.

  • Twin-Needle Stitching: Located at the neck, armholes, and bottom hem, this reinforced stitching significantly enhances the garment's structural integrity, reducing the risk of frayed edges or seam failure.

  • Polycotton Blend: The 50/50 fabric composition offers the best of both worlds—comfort against the skin and the hard-wearing properties required for daily manual work.

  • Taped Back Neck and Shoulders: This detail provides extra reinforcement in high-stress areas, helping the t-shirt retain its shape and preventing it from sagging over time.

Design & Performance

The ProRTX Pro long sleeve t-shirt is cut in a classic fit, providing ample room for movement without appearing baggy. The medium-weight fabric is substantial enough to offer warmth as a base layer during colder months, yet breathable enough to be worn on its own in milder conditions. The presence of side seams ensures the garment hangs correctly on the body, maintaining a professional silhouette throughout the day.

Customisation: Print & Embroidery

This garment is an excellent canvas for branding. For a sophisticated, long-lasting finish, we recommend embroidery. It is particularly effective for company logos and individual names, creating a professional appearance that withstands the test of time. For larger, more vibrant designs or promotional messaging, our high-quality printing process ensures high visibility and clarity.

All customisation is handled in-house at our facility in Telford. Our expert team has been perfecting these techniques since 1976, ensuring your brand is represented with precision and care.

Use Cases

Given its durable construction and professional look, this t-shirt is suited for a wide range of industries including logistics, facilities management, and general trade. It is an ideal choice for staff who require the extra protection of long sleeves while working in environments where a traditional shirt might be too formal or restrictive.

We combine technical expertise with a commitment to quality, ensuring that every garment leaving our facility meets our high standards.

Practical Advice

This t-shirt features a classic fit, so we recommend ordering your usual size. For those working in outdoor environments, it serves as an excellent base layer beneath a fleece or softshell jacket. If you are unsure of sizing, please refer to our chest measurement guide which ranges from XS to 4XL.

Caring for your product

To ensure your t-shirt and its custom branding remain in peak condition, we recommend a machine wash at 60°C. This temperature is effective for removing tough workplace stains without damaging the polycotton fibres.

Avoid the use of bleach, as this will degrade the fabric strength and cause colours to fade prematurely. When drying, use a low heat setting on your tumble dryer to prevent any unwanted shrinkage.

If ironing is required, use a medium heat setting. We advise ironing the garment inside out to protect any printed or embroidered logos from direct heat, which can cause cracking or thread damage. Finally, this item is not suitable for dry cleaning, as the chemical processes can be detrimental to the fabric's finish.
