Design & Performance
This beanie is crafted from a balanced blend of 50% Acrylic and 50% Recycled polyester. This specific composition combines the soft, wool-like insulation of acrylic with the resilient, quick-drying properties of polyester. The result is a lightweight fabric that offers significant warmth without the bulk often associated with winter headwear.
The double-layer knit provides a dense structure that resists the wind, while the inherent stretch of the fabric ensures a secure fit that retains its shape over time. It is a robust choice for professionals who require headwear that can withstand the rigours of outdoor labour while maintaining a neat, uniform appearance.
Customisation: Embroidery Only
Due to the textured, double-layer knit of this beanie, embroidery is the only recommended method for customisation. While print methods may struggle to adhere to the flexible, ribbed surface, our in-house embroidery team—operating since 1976—utilises precision machinery to ensure your logo is securely stitched into the fabric.
Embroidery provides a three-dimensional, premium finish that is far more durable than print on knitwear. It can withstand repeated stretching and washing without cracking or peeling, ensuring your company branding remains professional for the life of the garment.
Use Cases
This beanie is ideally suited for outdoor trades, logistics personnel, and construction workers who face the elements daily. Its professional, understated design also makes it appropriate for site managers and customer-facing staff working in unheated environments or during seasonal outdoor events.

Practical Advice
The Pro cuffed beanie is supplied in a single size, designed to fit most adults comfortably. For those working in particularly windy conditions, we recommend pulling the cuff down slightly over the ears to maximise the thermal benefits of the double-layer knit. This item layers perfectly with other items from the ProRTX range for a cohesive team look.
Caring for your product
To ensure your beanie maintains its shape and your embroidered logo stays crisp, we recommend a machine wash at 30°C. Washing at lower temperatures protects the synthetic fibres from heat damage and prevents the knit from losing its elasticity.
You must avoid the use of bleach, as harsh chemicals will degrade the recycled polyester fibres and cause the colours of both the beanie and the embroidery thread to fade prematurely.
Do not tumble-dry this item. High heat in a dryer can cause the acrylic content to shrink or become misshapen. Instead, reshape the beanie while damp and allow it to air dry naturally. If necessary, a low-temperature iron may be used, though frequent ironing is generally discouraged to preserve the loft of the knit.
Dry cleaning is not recommended, as the chemical solvents used in the process can be too aggressive for the recycled materials and the structural integrity of the embroidery.
