Product Overview

The Premier PR567 Workready straight-leg jeans represent a significant evolution in professional uniforming. Designed to bridge the gap between high-street style and industrial durability, these trousers offer a polished appearance without sacrificing the resilience required for daily work. Crafted from a substantial fabric blend, they provide a reliable foundation for any staff uniform, ensuring your team looks unified and professional from the start of the shift to the end.

Key Features
  • Fade-Resistant Finish: Tested to maintain its depth of colour for at least 20 washes, ensuring your uniform remains smart and avoids the tired, washed-out look common with standard denim.
  • Integrated Elastane: The addition of stretch fibres allows for a greater range of movement, preventing the restrictive feel often associated with heavy-duty trousers.
  • Reinforced Bar Tacking: High-stress areas such as the coin pocket and side-stitched pockets are reinforced to prevent tearing during rigorous activity.
  • Sustainable Material Options: The 'Always Indigo' variant incorporates certified recycled polyester, offering a lower-impact choice for environmentally conscious businesses.
  • Metal Hardware and Rivets: Traditional metal buttons and rivets provide a secure fastening and structural integrity that plastic alternatives simply cannot match.

Design & Performance

These jeans are engineered for performance in demanding environments. The heavyweight fabric composition—primarily high-quality cotton—provides a breathable yet sturdy barrier. In the 'Stay Black' version, the 98% cotton and 2% elastane mix offers a soft handle with essential flexibility. The 'Always Indigo' version utilizes a blend of cotton, recycled polyester, and elastane, combining traditional denim aesthetics with modern fabric technology for enhanced durability.

The straight-leg cut is a timeless design that fits comfortably over various types of footwear, while the v-shape yoke at the back ensures a superior fit around the waist and hips. The twin-needle stitching throughout isn't just for show; it provides a double layer of security at the seams, which is vital for garments subjected to constant movement and friction.

Customisation: Print & Embroidery

The flat surface and stable weave of the Premier Workready jeans make them an excellent candidate for customisation. For a sophisticated and permanent branding solution, we recommend embroidery. This method is particularly effective for company logos or staff names on the rear pockets or along the thigh, providing a texture that complements the rugged nature of the denim.

Alternatively, for larger, high-impact branding, heat-applied printing is available. Our Telford-based team, with expertise dating back to 1976, handles all customisation in-house. We ensure that your branding is applied with the precision required to withstand the same 60°C wash cycles as the garment itself.

Use Cases

These trousers are highly versatile, making them suitable for front-of-house hospitality staff who require a smart-casual aesthetic that can withstand a fast-paced environment. They are equally effective for corporate teams who want a modern alternative to formal suit trousers, or for tradespeople who need a reliable pair of jeans that won't fail after a few weeks on-site.

Practical Advice

The PR567 is available in a wide size range from XXS to 4XL and comes in both regular (31 inch) and long (34 inch) leg lengths. We recommend measuring your waist and inside leg accurately before ordering, as the straight-leg cut is true to size. For those working in colder environments, the substantial weight of the fabric provides natural insulation, though there is enough room to layer thermal base layers underneath if required.

Caring for your product

To maintain the integrity of the fabric and the vibrancy of your customisation, we recommend a machine wash at 60°C. This higher temperature is essential for removing stubborn stains and ensuring the garment is hygienically clean, which is particularly important in hospitality settings.

Avoid the use of bleach, as this will aggressively break down the cotton fibres and destroy the fade-resistant finish. When drying, use a low heat setting in the tumble dryer to prevent excessive shrinkage. Similarly, if ironing is required, use a low heat setting to protect the elastane fibres; high heat can cause these synthetic fibres to lose their elasticity over time, resulting in a loss of shape. Please note that these jeans should not be dry cleaned, as the chemicals involved can interfere with the fabric's specialized finish.
