Product Overview
The VB120 Vending PU Palm Glove is a highly specialised hand protection solution designed specifically for modern industrial logistics. Supplied in a substantial bulk quantity of 288 pairs, these gloves are engineered to meet the demands of high-turnover environments where efficiency and precision are paramount. The standout feature of this product is its thoughtfully compressed packaging, which has been designed to maximise the capacity of site vending machines, ensuring that your workforce has consistent access to PPE without the need for frequent restocking cycles.
Key Features
- Compressed Packaging: The packaging is specifically reduced in volume to allow for a higher density of stock within vending dispensers, making it a logical choice for large-scale operations.
- Smooth Polyurethane (PU) Coating: This coating provides excellent abrasion resistance while maintaining a smooth finish that allows for high levels of tactile feedback.
- Palm-Dipped Design: By focusing the coating on the palm and fingertips, the glove offers protection and grip where it is most needed while leaving the back of the hand free to breathe.
- High Dexterity: The lightweight construction ensures that the wearer can perform intricate tasks with ease, reducing the likelihood of mistakes during precision assembly.
Design & Performance
Constructed from a blend of polyester and elastic, the base liner of the VB120 provides a secure, ergonomic fit that adapts to the natural contours of the hand. This flexibility is essential for preventing hand fatigue during long shifts. The polyurethane coating is particularly effective for general handling tasks, offering a degree of resistance against wear and tear while remaining thin enough to allow the user to feel the work they are doing. The grey colourway is a practical choice for industrial settings, as it effectively masks light soiling and dust, maintaining a professional appearance throughout the day.
Why No Customisation?
We do not offer customisation on these gloves because they are technical safety items designed for high-dexterity manual work. Introducing embroidery would puncture the protective liner and the polyurethane coating, which would compromise the structural integrity and safety standards of the glove. Furthermore, any heat-applied print would likely crack or peel due to the high elasticity of the polyester and elastic blend, resulting in a poor finish that would not withstand the rigours of daily use.
Use Cases
These gloves are an ideal choice for businesses that utilise automated PPE vending systems in sectors such as electronics assembly, light engineering, and warehouse distribution. They are perfectly suited for workers who require a high degree of touch sensitivity for handling small components, while still needing reliable palm protection against abrasions.

Practical Advice
When loading these into vending machines, ensure the compressed packs are oriented correctly to prevent the mechanism from jamming. For the end-user, it is important to select the correct size—in this case, Large—to ensure that the glove remains snug against the skin. A glove that is too loose will reduce dexterity and may become a snagging hazard in certain environments.
Caring for your product
To ensure these gloves maintain their protective properties and flexibility, they should be stored in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Exposure to UV rays over a long period can cause the polyurethane coating to degrade and become brittle.
If the gloves require cleaning, we recommend a gentle hand wash with a mild detergent. You must avoid using bleach or harsh chemical cleaners, as these will break down the synthetic polyester fibres and the elastic components, leading to a loss of shape and protection.
Air drying is the only recommended method for these gloves. Do not place them in a tumble dryer or on a direct heat source such as a radiator, as excessive heat will cause the PU coating to melt or crack and will ruin the elasticity of the wrist cuff.
