Product Overview
The PW3 Work Joggers represent a significant evolution in trade-focused apparel, bridging the gap between casual comfort and site-ready performance. Designed for those who require maximum flexibility without sacrificing the utility of traditional work trousers, these joggers are crafted from a medium-weight cotton-rich blend that offers breathability for long shifts. Whether you are navigating tight spaces or driving between jobs, the contemporary fit ensures you remain comfortable while maintaining a professional appearance.
Key Features
- Reinforced knees featuring high-durability contrast fabric ensure the garment withstands the rigours of kneeling on abrasive surfaces, extending the lifespan of the joggers.
- A ribbed waistband and hem provide a secure yet flexible fit, accommodating various body shapes comfortably and ensuring the garment stays in place during physical activity.
- Multiple specialised pockets, including those specifically designed for phones, pens, and tools, keep your essential equipment organised and within easy reach at all times.
- The cotton-rich fabric blend provides a soft handle against the skin while maintaining the necessary strength for a work environment.
Design & Performance
The primary fabric is a sophisticated 80% cotton and 20% polyester blend, providing the natural comfort of cotton with the structural integrity of polyester. To address high-wear areas, the knees are reinforced with a heavy-duty polyester Oxford fabric. This reinforcement is treated with a polyurethane (PU) coating, granting it exceptional abrasion and tear resistance while acting as a barrier against water and stains. This combination ensures that the joggers remain resilient even in challenging environments where standard leisurewear would fail. The outer face also features a water and stain-repellent finish, helping to keep the garment clean throughout the working day.
Customisation: Print & Embroidery
These joggers are an excellent choice for business branding. Embroidery is the preferred method for achieving a professional finish, typically used for company logos or staff names, as it provides a long-lasting and premium appearance. For those requiring larger, bolder designs, our high-quality print services are equally effective. All customisation is managed by our expert in-house team at our Telford facility, where we have been perfecting workwear branding since 1976.
Use Cases
These joggers are ideal for professionals in the delivery and logistics sectors, maintenance engineers, and floor layers who spend a considerable amount of time kneeling. They are also a popular choice for warehouse staff who require freedom of movement and a comfortable garment for active, physical roles where traditional trousers might feel restrictive.

Practical Advice
For those frequently working on their knees, these joggers are designed to be compatible with knee pads, specifically meeting EN 14404 safety standards when used with S156 inserts. Due to the ribbed cuffs, they pair exceptionally well with safety boots, ensuring no loose fabric interferes with your footwear or becomes a trip hazard.
Caring for your product
To maintain the performance and appearance of your joggers, we recommend a domestic wash at a maximum temperature of 40°C using a mild process. High heat can damage the technical fibers and the protective coating on the reinforced sections, so adhering to this temperature ensures the garment remains durable.
Do not use bleach, as this will degrade the cotton blend and cause the colour of your custom branding to fade prematurely. Bleach can also weaken the structural integrity of the polyester reinforcements.
We strongly advise against tumble drying; instead, the garment should be drip-lined dried in the shade. This prevents the shrinkage that often occurs with high-cotton fabrics and protects any printed logos from cracking or peeling due to excessive heat.
If ironing is required, use a maximum temperature of 110°C and avoid direct contact with any printed or embroidered areas to prevent damage to the decoration. Finally, these joggers are not suitable for dry cleaning, as the chemical solvents can compromise the water-repellent finish and the PU coating on the reinforced panels.
