Caring for your product
Maintaining the reflective properties and fabric strength of your jacket is vital for its continued performance. We recommend a domestic wash at a maximum temperature of 40°C using a mild process. Do not use bleach on this garment. Bleaching agents will strip the high-visibility pigment from the fabric and damage the reflective elements, rendering the jacket unsafe for use. For the same reason, the jacket should not be tumble dried; instead, it should be drip-lined dried to preserve its shape and prevent heat damage.
Ironing is not recommended, as direct heat can melt the synthetic components of the fabric and the reflective tape. Similarly, dry cleaning should be avoided to prevent chemical damage. Please note that this jacket is rated for a maximum of 50 washes; beyond this point, the high-visibility and reflective properties may fall below safety standards and the garment should be replaced.
