Caring for your product
Maintaining the performance of high-visibility clothing is vital for safety. We recommend a domestic wash at a maximum temperature of 40°C using a mild process. High temperatures can compromise the adhesive and reflective properties of the HiVisTex Pro tape.
Do not use bleach when cleaning this garment. Bleach will degrade the polyester fibres and cause the high-visibility orange pigment to fade, rendering the safety features less effective.
This sweatshirt should be drip line dried only. Do not tumble dry, as the intense heat and mechanical agitation can cause the reflective segments to peel or crack over time. If ironing is required, use a maximum temperature of 150°C and ensure you do not iron directly over the reflective tape.
Please note that this garment is rated for a maximum of 50 washes. Beyond this point, the reflective materials may no longer meet the required safety standards for visibility, and the garment should be replaced to ensure continued protection.
