Product Overview
The Liner 7 PVC Polka Dot Glove is a precise solution for professionals requiring enhanced tactile feedback and reliable grip in dry environments. Constructed with a seamless 7-gauge knit, this lightweight glove prioritises user comfort by eliminating the internal seams that often lead to irritation during extended shifts. The integration of PVC dots across the palm ensures that handling tasks are performed with confidence, providing a non-slip surface without sacrificing the natural movement of the hand.
Key Features
- PVC Dotted Palm: The strategically placed PVC dots provide an enhanced grip on smooth or dry surfaces, reducing the effort required to maintain a secure hold and minimising hand fatigue.
- Seamless 7-Gauge Construction: By removing internal seams, the glove offers a smooth interior finish that prevents chafing and improves the overall lifespan of the product through reduced internal wear.
- High Finger Dexterity: The lightweight fabric allows for intricate movements, making it an excellent choice for assembly work or tasks that require fine motor skills.
- Elasticated Fit: The inclusion of elastic within the material blend ensures the glove stays securely in place, preventing it from slipping off during intensive manual labour.
Design & Performance
Engineered from a balanced blend of polyester and cotton, these gloves offer the breathability of natural fibres alongside the durability of synthetic materials. The result is a lightweight, airy feel that keeps hands cool while providing a sturdy barrier for general handling. The 7-gauge knit is specifically designed to be substantial enough to provide protection in light-duty environments while remaining thin enough to serve as a liner glove inside heavier industrial hand protection if required.
Why No Customisation?
As these gloves are primarily designed for high-dexterity manual tasks and are often treated as a semi-disposable item or a liner, they are not suitable for customisation. Applying embroidery or heat-sealed prints would compromise the flexibility of the knit and interfere with the grip provided by the PVC dots. Furthermore, the textured surface is not conducive to high-quality branding, so we provide these in their original, high-performance state to ensure they function exactly as intended.
Use Cases
These gloves are ideally suited for warehouse operatives, light assembly technicians, and those involved in general dry handling tasks. They are also frequently used by tradespeople as a base layer for additional warmth or protection underneath larger work gloves in colder conditions.

Practical Advice
To ensure the best performance, ensure the gloves fit snugly to the fingertips to maximise dexterity. If you are using these as a liner, we recommend choosing your standard size, as the elasticated material will conform to your hand without adding excessive bulk inside an outer glove.
Caring for your product
To maintain the performance and longevity of these gloves, we recommend a gentle wash at a lower temperature. High heat can damage the PVC dots, causing them to lose their grip or even melt, which would render the gloves ineffective for handling tasks.
Avoid the use of bleach or harsh chemical cleaners, as these will degrade the polyester and cotton fibres, leading to premature thinning and holes. We suggest air drying rather than tumble drying; the high mechanical heat of a dryer can cause the elasticated components to become brittle, leading to a loss of shape and fit over time.
