The vest is constructed with a lightweight 100% Polyester Mesh shell which facilitates maximum airflow, essential for the evaporative process. The internal cooling mechanism relies on a sophisticated filling of Bamboo Yarn and PVA Padding. Practical Advice
To activate the cooling properties, thoroughly saturate the vest in water and gently squeeze out the excess. For the best results, we recommend wearing this over a lightweight, moisture-wicking base layer. When the vest eventually dries out after several hours, simply repeat the process for another eight hours of comfort.
Caring for your product
To maintain the technical integrity of the cooling materials, we recommend a domestic wash at a maximum temperature of 40°C using a mild process. High temperatures or harsh cycles can damage the internal PVA padding and reduce its ability to hold moisture effectively.
You must not use bleach on this garment. Bleaching agents will degrade the polyester mesh and compromise the bamboo yarn filling, significantly shortening the product's lifespan. Similarly, do not tumble dry; the vest should be line dried to preserve the shape and the efficiency of the cooling layers.
Do not iron or dry clean this vest. Extreme heat from an iron or the chemical solvents used in dry cleaning will cause irreparable damage to the synthetic cooling fibres. Please note that the cooling technology is rated for a maximum of 20 washes to ensure peak performance remains intact.
