Product Overview
The Impact B205 Waterproof Dotted Palm Glove, also known as the Aqua-Seal Pro, is a sophisticated piece of hand protection designed to confront the most challenging industrial environments. Whether you are battling torrential rain or sub-zero temperatures, these gloves provide a reliable barrier against the elements while offering critical protection against mechanical risks. By combining a 100% waterproof seal with robust impact resistance, they ensure that your hands remain dry, warm, and shielded from unexpected strikes during heavy-duty tasks.
Key Features
Integrated TPR protective pods: These flexible guards across the back of the hand are engineered to dissipate energy from impacts, significantly reducing the risk of crushing or bruising injuries in high-risk zones.
100% waterproof membrane: This internal barrier prevents moisture from reaching the skin, which is essential for maintaining skin health and overall comfort during long shifts in wet conditions.
Substantial Insulatex thermal lining: This specialized layer traps heat effectively, providing excellent thermal insulation to keep hands functional in freezing temperatures.
Dotted palm finish: This design choice enhances your grip on wet or oily surfaces, ensuring you maintain firm control of tools and equipment when it matters most.
Design & Performance
The construction of the Impact B205 utilises a strategic blend of high-performance materials, including Neoprene, Nylon, and Polyurethane, to achieve a balance between durability and dexterity. The TPR (Thermoplastic Rubber) pods are specifically positioned to follow the natural movement of the hand, ensuring that protection does not come at the cost of mobility. The use of high-visibility orange ensures the wearer remains visible to colleagues, while the synthetic materials are chosen for their resilience against abrasion and prolonged use in demanding industrial settings.
Why No Customisation?
We do not offer customisation on the Impact B205. As a critical piece of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) featuring a complex waterproof membrane and integrated impact pods, any after-market embroidery or heat-pressing could compromise the structural integrity of the glove. Piercing the fabric would void the waterproof seal, and heat-pressing could damage the TPR pods, so we provide these as-is to ensure your safety remains uncompromised.
Use Cases
These gloves are ideally suited for professionals working in offshore environments, heavy construction, or outdoor maintenance during the winter months. They are equally effective for cold storage operators who require impact protection alongside high-grade thermal insulation for their daily operations.

Practical Advice
When selecting your size, ensure a snug fit to maximise the effectiveness of the thermal lining and the anatomical placement of the impact pods. A glove that is too large may reduce your tactile feedback and make handling smaller components unnecessarily difficult.
Caring for your product
To maintain the performance and longevity of your waterproof gloves, we recommend cleaning them by wiping the exterior with a damp cloth to remove grit and debris. Allowing dirt to build up can eventually abrade the outer materials and affect the effectiveness of the dotted grip.
Avoid machine washing or tumble drying, as the high temperatures and mechanical action of a drum can damage the TPR pods and degrade the internal waterproof membrane. Instead, allow them to air dry naturally away from direct heat sources like radiators, which can cause the synthetic materials to become brittle and lose their flexibility.
