Product Overview
The Hi-Vis Sports Combat Joggers represent a contemporary shift in professional workwear, successfully bridging the gap between athletic flexibility and industrial safety. Designed for the active professional who requires both visibility and unrestricted movement, these joggers provide a modern alternative to traditional stiff trousers without sacrificing utility. The vibrant orange hue ensures compliance with site safety protocols, while the structured yet supple fabric allows for an effortless range of motion throughout the working day.
Key Features
- Two zipped side entry pockets: These provide secure storage for personal items like smartphones or keys, ensuring they remain safely enclosed even during vigorous physical activity.
- Two cargo pockets: Strategically positioned for ease of access, these pockets offer ample room for larger tools or documentation, keeping essentials within reach.
- Rib and drawcord waist: This adjustable system ensures a personalised and secure fit, preventing the garment from slipping when bending or reaching.
- Half rib hems: Designed to sit comfortably against the ankle, these hems prevent the fabric from dragging or interfering with footwear, reducing trip hazards.
Design & Performance
Constructed from a substantial yet breathable fabric, these joggers are engineered to endure the rigours of a busy shift. The material choice prioritises flexibility, which is essential for tasks involving climbing, kneeling, or constant movement. Performance-wise, the garment meets EN ISO 20471 Class 1 standards, meaning the reflective elements and fluorescent background are scientifically calibrated to enhance the wearer's presence in low-light conditions. The balance between the soft-touch interior and the durable exterior ensures that comfort is maintained without compromising the longevity of the garment.
Why No Customisation?
We offer these joggers as a non-customised item to ensure the integrity of the safety certification remains intact. High-visibility garments are strictly regulated under EN ISO 20471, which dictates the exact surface area of fluorescent and reflective material required. Applying embroidery or large heat-transfer prints could inadvertently obscure these critical safety zones, potentially rendering the garment non-compliant with health and safety regulations on site. By providing them in their original state, we ensure you remain fully protected and compliant.
Use Cases
These joggers are particularly well-suited for professionals in the logistics, warehousing, and delivery sectors where frequent vehicle egress and movement are required. They are also an excellent choice for tradespeople working in indoor environments that still require basic high-visibility compliance, or for outdoor work in milder weather where standard heavy-duty trousers might feel too restrictive.

Practical Advice
When choosing your size, consider that the rib and drawcord waist offers some adjustability. If you typically wear thermal base layers during the winter months, you may find that sticking to your standard size provides enough room due to the inherent stretch of the fabric. The 4XL sizing ensures that professionals of all builds can find a comfortable fit that does not restrict circulation or movement.
Caring for your product
To maintain the high-visibility properties and structural integrity of your joggers, we recommend a domestic wash at a maximum of 40°C. Using a mild detergent will help preserve the fluorescent pigments in the fabric, which are essential for staying visible in daylight. Avoid the use of biological detergents containing optical brighteners, as these can gradually degrade the reflective tapes.
Do not use bleach, as this will irreparably damage the high-visibility dyes and weaken the fabric fibres. We advise air drying rather than tumble drying; excessive heat can cause the elasticated waist and ribbing to lose their tension over time. If ironing is necessary, use a cool setting and avoid direct contact with the reflective tapes to prevent melting or peeling.
