Caring for your product
To maintain the performance and safety standards of this garment, we recommend a domestic wash at a maximum temperature of 40°C using a mild process. High temperatures can degrade the cotton fibres and potentially affect the reflective properties of the hi-vis elements over time.
Do not use bleach, as this will destroy the high-visibility pigments and weaken the fabric structure. The garment should not be tumble dried; instead, we advise drip line drying. Excessive heat from a tumble dryer or an iron can damage the synthetic components and the reflective tape, so ironing is to be avoided.
To ensure the garment continues to meet safety regulations, please note that it is rated for a maximum of 50 washes. Beyond this point, the reflective performance may diminish. Do not dry clean, as the chemicals used in the process are too harsh for the specialised fabric blend and safety tapes.
