Key Features
- The high-performance bird eye knit fabric facilitates superior breathability, drawing moisture away from the skin to keep the wearer cool and dry.
- A strategic contrast colour scheme in Orange and Navy serves a functional purpose by concealing marks in high-wear areas.
- Short sleeves provide increased ventilation, making this an ideal choice for strenuous tasks or warmer climates.
- A modern design profile ensures that your team maintains a contemporary and professional image on-site.
Design & Performance
Constructed from 100% polyester bird eye knit, this lightweight fabric is specifically chosen for its durability and moisture-management properties. The bird eye texture is not merely an aesthetic choice; it creates a structured surface that allows for improved airflow compared to standard solid knits. This technical fabric ensures the polo shirt remains comfortable during extended shifts while standing up to the rigours of industrial use.
Customisation: Print & Embroidery
This polo shirt is an excellent canvas for both print and embroidery, allowing you to align the garment with your corporate identity. Embroidery is the preferred method for adding company logos or staff names to the chest, providing a textured, high-quality finish that withstands regular laundering. For larger, high-impact branding on the back, our precision printing techniques offer a bold and clear result.
Our dedicated in-house team in Telford has been perfecting these processes since 1976. We handle every stage of the customisation to ensure that the finished product meets our exacting standards and your specific requirements.
Use Cases
This garment is specifically designed for professionals working in warm or dirty environments where high-visibility is a safety requirement. It is particularly suited for individuals in construction, logistics, and site management who need to remain visible while performing tasks that would typically leave marks on a solid-colour high-visibility garment.

Practical Advice
This polo shirt features a regular fit. When selecting your size, consider whether you will be wearing it as a standalone piece or as a base layer under high-visibility jackets. For those working in particularly high temperatures, the lightweight nature of the bird eye knit makes it the most effective choice for temperature regulation.
Caring for your product
To maintain the high-visibility properties and the structural integrity of the fabric, we recommend a domestic wash at a maximum temperature of 40°C using a mild process. Washing at higher temperatures may degrade the reflective elements and the polyester fibres over time.
Do not use bleach on this garment. Bleaching agents will compromise the high-visibility dyes and weaken the knit, leading to a loss of safety compliance and premature wear.
Line drying is recommended for this polo shirt; do not tumble dry. The high heat of a tumble dryer can damage the bird eye knit and cause the garment to lose its shape. Furthermore, do not iron this item, as direct heat can melt the synthetic fibres and damage the reflective tape.
Please note that this garment is rated for a maximum of 50 washes. Exceeding this limit may reduce the effectiveness of the high-visibility properties below the required safety standards.
