Practical Advice
When selecting your size, please account for the modular nature of the 5-in-1 system. If you intend to wear the inner and outer jackets together over standard work clothing, ensure you choose a size that allows for a full range of movement. The inner jacket is particularly effective as a standalone piece during dry, cold days when high visibility is still required.
Caring for your product
To preserve the life of the waterproof coating and the effectiveness of the reflective tapes, we recommend a mild domestic wash at 40°C. Washing at higher temperatures can damage the PU coating, leading to a loss of water resistance over time.
Do not use bleach on this garment, as it will cause the fluorescent orange fabric to fade, which will ultimately void its safety certification. Similarly, the jacket must not be tumble dried, ironed, or dry cleaned. Exposure to high heat from irons or dryers can melt the synthetic 300D polyester fibres and degrade the reflective strips. For best results, the jacket should be allowed to drip dry on a line.
It is important to note that this garment is rated for a maximum of 50 washes. Once this limit is reached, the high-visibility properties may fall below the required safety standards, and the jacket should be replaced to ensure your continued safety on site.
