Practical Advice
To maximise the performance of this fleece, we recommend wearing it as a mid-layer over a moisture-wicking base layer. The medium-weight construction is designed to trap air, so ensuring a proper fit at the hem using the drawcord will significantly improve heat retention on particularly cold days.
Caring for your product
To maintain the high-visibility performance and the soft finish of the fleece, we recommend a domestic wash at a maximum temperature of 40°C using a mild process. Washing at higher temperatures may degrade the polyester fibres and affect the garment's shape.
Do not use bleach when laundering this item. Harsh bleaching agents will destroy the high-visibility pigments in the fabric and weaken the material. Additionally, this fleece should not be dry cleaned, as the chemical processes involved can damage the reflective properties.
We advise that this garment is line dried only. Tumble drying should be avoided, as the intense heat can cause the fleece to shrink and may damage the elasticated cuffs and hem. Do not iron the garment, as direct heat will melt the polyester fibres and ruin the anti-pill finish.
Please be aware that the high-visibility properties of this garment are certified for a maximum of 25 washes. Beyond this point, the fabric may no longer meet the necessary safety brightness levels, and the garment should be replaced to ensure continued compliance with safety regulations.
