Practical Advice
As this is a heavyweight, fleece-bonded garment, it offers a structured fit. If you intend to wear multiple thick layers underneath, you may wish to consider the generous 4XL sizing to ensure ease of movement. The funnel neck is particularly effective at blocking drafts, so ensure it is fully zipped during colder spells to maximize thermal retention.
Caring for your product
To maintain the high-visibility properties and the structural integrity of the bonded fleece, it is essential to follow the specific care instructions provided. Failure to do so may result in the degradation of the reflective tape or the delamination of the fabric layers.
We recommend a mild domestic wash at a maximum temperature of 40°C. Using higher temperatures or aggressive cycles can damage the polyester fibres and the adhesive used for the segmented tape. Please note that this garment should not be bleached, as chemical agents will destroy the fluorescent pigments and weaken the fabric.
This item is not suitable for tumble drying or ironing. Heat from these processes can melt the synthetic fibres and warp the reflective elements. Instead, line dry the garment to maintain its shape. To ensure the safety standards remain intact, this sweatshirt should not be washed more than 25 times and should never be dry cleaned, as the solvents used in that process are too harsh for technical high-visibility materials.
