Product Overview
The CT Cut C21 Nitrile Glove represents a significant advancement in hand protection technology, designed specifically for professionals who require high-level cut resistance without sacrificing tactile sensitivity. Constructed with a 21-gauge knit, this glove is exceptionally thin, providing a second-skin feel that is essential for intricate, complex tasks. Unlike many traditional cut-resistant gloves, the CT21 is entirely free from glass and steel fibres, which significantly enhances wearer comfort and prevents skin irritation during extended periods of use.
Key Features
- Cut Level C Protection: Provides a robust barrier against sharp edges and materials, ensuring safety in higher-risk environments.
- 21-Gauge Knit: The ultra-thin construction allows for unmatched dexterity and precision, making it feel more like a second skin than a piece of safety equipment.
- Glass and Steel Fibre Free: By removing these common irritants, the glove remains comfortable for long shifts, reducing the likelihood of contact dermatitis or discomfort.
- DyUltra™ Technology: Utilises advanced materials designed to offer superior abrasion resistance, outperforming even para-aramids in durability.
- Nitrile Coating: The palm coating provides a secure grip in various conditions while maintaining the glove's lightweight and flexible profile.
Design & Performance
The core of the CT21's performance lies in its material composition. The use of DyUltra™ ensures that while the glove is remarkably lightweight and thin, it possesses industrial-grade strength. This material is specifically engineered to resist abrasion, extending the lifespan of the glove even when used against rough surfaces. The lightweight fabric, combined with elastic and elastane, ensures the glove conforms perfectly to the contours of the hand, allowing for a full range of motion that heavier gloves simply cannot match. The nitrile coating is strategically applied to provide grip where it is needed most, while the breathable back helps regulate hand temperature during intensive work.
Why No Customisation?
We do not offer customisation on the CT Cut C21 Nitrile Glove because it is a precision-engineered piece of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). Any modification, such as embroidery or heat-applied transfers, could potentially compromise the integrity of the 21-gauge knit or the protective nitrile coating. To ensure that the Cut Level C certification remains valid and your safety is never compromised, these gloves are supplied in their original, tested form.
Use Cases
These gloves are ideally suited for professionals working in carpentry, electronics assembly, or any trade where handling small components or sharp materials is a daily requirement. They are particularly effective for tasks that demand the highest levels of dexterity, where traditional, bulkier cut-resistant gloves would prove too cumbersome.

Practical Advice
When selecting your size, aim for a snug fit. Because these gloves are designed to provide a second-skin feel, a well-fitted glove will ensure you maintain maximum dexterity. If the glove is too loose, you lose the precision benefits of the 21-gauge knit; if it is too tight, you may experience hand fatigue over long periods.
Caring for your product
To maintain the high-performance cut resistance and grip of your nitrile gloves, it is important to follow professional maintenance standards. Regular cleaning helps to remove debris and oils that can break down the materials over time.
Avoid the use of chlorine-based bleaches. Bleach can chemically degrade the DyUltra™ and nylon fibres, significantly weakening the glove’s cut-resistant properties and leaving your hands vulnerable to injury.
We recommend air drying these gloves away from direct heat sources. Subjecting the nitrile coating to high temperatures in a tumble dryer or on a radiator can cause the coating to become brittle or peel, which will reduce both the grip and the overall lifespan of the product.
