Design & Performance
Crafted from Bizflame Knit fabric—a blend of 99% cotton and 1% carbon fibre—this long-sleeved t-shirt offers a soft, natural feel against the skin. Despite its medium-weight construction, the fabric is durable and resilient, designed to maintain its shape and protective qualities after repeated wear. The grey colour provides a professional aesthetic that effectively hides minor dust and debris, ensuring you look presentable from the start of your shift to the end.
Customisation: Print & Embroidery
This Bizflame garment is an excellent candidate for both print and embroidery, allowing you to align your safety gear with your corporate identity. All customisation is handled in-house by our expert team in Telford, who have been perfecting these processes since 1976.
Embroidery is recommended for a superior, professional appearance on the chest or sleeve. It is particularly effective for company logos and staff names, offering a high-quality finish that is as durable as the shirt itself. For larger, more prominent branding or safety text on the back, our high-precision printing ensures your message is clear and bold without affecting the garment's flame-resistant performance.
Use Cases
This t-shirt is specifically tailored for those working in the oil, gas, and petrochemical industries, as well as utility workers and engineers. It serves as an ideal base layer in colder conditions or as a primary upper-body garment in warmer environments where flame resistance and anti-static protection are mandatory safety requirements.

Practical Advice
To ensure maximum protection and comfort, we recommend selecting a size that allows for a small degree of movement without being overly loose. This garment works exceptionally well as a primary layer under a flame-resistant jacket, providing a breathable barrier that helps regulate body temperature during high-activity shifts.
Caring for your product
To preserve the protective integrity and the longevity of your custom branding, proper maintenance is essential. Neglecting these instructions can compromise the flame-resistant properties of the Bizflame fabric.
We recommend a domestic wash at a maximum temperature of 40°C. Using higher temperatures may lead to excessive shrinkage and can degrade the specialised carbon fibres that provide anti-static protection.
Do not use bleach. Bleaching agents will chemically damage the flame-resistant treatment and weaken the cotton fibres, significantly reducing the garment's safety performance. This shirt should be line dried only; do not tumble dry, as the intense mechanical heat can damage the fabric structure and any applied print or embroidery.
If ironing is required, use a maximum setting of 110°C and avoid direct contact with any custom designs. Finally, do not dry clean this garment, as the industrial solvents used can interfere with the flame-resistant finish.
