The upper is crafted from a high-performing technical fabric that provides excellent vapour permeability, ensuring high levels of breathability. This is paired with a double-density PU and rubber outsole that offers HRO heat resistance and SR slip resistance, providing confidence on various surfaces including ceramic and glycerin.
While the shoe is a substantial and sturdy piece of footwear, the use of an aluminium toe-cap and non-metallic puncture resistance keeps the weight manageable for all-day wear. The Comfort Cube footbed adds an extra layer of cushioning, making it ideal for staff who spend hours on their feet in demanding environments.
Why No Customisation?
We do not offer customisation, such as embroidery or heat transfers, on the Base K-Twirl safety shoe. This is because any modification to the technical upper or internal linings could compromise the EN ISO safety certifications or interfere with the ESD properties. To ensure your PPE performs exactly as the manufacturer intended, we supply these shoes in their original, un-tampered state.

Caring for your product
To ensure the longevity of your safety footwear, it is essential to keep them clean. After use, remove any mud or debris with a soft brush; allowing dirt to build up can eventually damage the technical fabric and reduce the effectiveness of the water resistance.
If the shoes become wet, allow them to dry naturally in a well-ventilated area. Never place them directly against a heat source, such as a radiator, as this can cause the materials to become brittle and may affect the structural integrity of the bonding in the outsole. Regular care ensures that your investment continues to provide the safety performance you rely on.
