Product Overview
The Be-Powerful Top S3 WR CI SRC is a high-specification safety boot designed for those who require uncompromising protection and all-day comfort. Engineered as part of the Base Special collection, this ankle boot integrates advanced material science to support the foot during long shifts in challenging environments. It is a substantial, sturdy boot that prioritises the wearer's physiological well-being without failing on safety standards.
Key Features
- SlimCap technology: A non-magnetic, 200-joule resistant toe-cap that is significantly slimmer and lighter than traditional alternatives, providing essential protection from impact while offering a more streamlined fit.
- Fresh’n Flex midsole: Provides a puncture-resistant barrier throughout the sole, ensuring sharp objects do not penetrate the footbed while maintaining a high degree of flexibility.
- SmellStop lining: An antibacterial and anti-odour treatment that actively prevents the growth of bacteria, keeping the interior of the footwear hygienic and reducing unpleasant scents.
- Water-resistant upper: Specifically treated to prevent water penetration, ensuring your feet remain dry even when working in damp or rainy conditions.
- Hydrocarbon resistance: The outsole is designed to withstand contact with oils and chemicals, preventing degradation and maintaining grip in industrial settings.
Design & Performance
The core of this boot’s performance lies in the AirTech and Tpu-Skin Life Plus technology. This combination creates an anti-fatigue sole that cushions the foot and returns energy with every step. The design focuses on reducing the thickness of the tread to increase flexibility, allowing the boot to move naturally with your foot. This is a medium-weight boot that feels surprisingly agile, despite its rugged construction. Meeting the UNI EN ISO 20345:2012 S3 standard, it also includes cold insulation (CI) and water resistance (WR), alongside SRC-rated slip resistance for superior stability on varying surfaces.
Why No Customisation?
To ensure this footwear provides the maximum level of safety and protection, we do not offer customisation services such as embroidery or heat-sealed printing. Piercing the leather upper with embroidery needles would compromise the internal waterproof membrane, rendering the WR (Water Resistant) rating void. Furthermore, adding external materials could interfere with the anti-static and safety certifications of the boot. We provide these as-is to ensure your PPE remains fully compliant with European safety standards.
Use Cases
These boots are ideally suited for heavy industry, construction, and engineering roles where S3 protection is a mandatory requirement. Because they are metal-detector friendly and free from nickel or ferrous materials, they are an excellent choice for staff working in airports, security-conscious facilities, or high-tech manufacturing plants. The inclusion of a DGUV112-191 compliant footbed also makes them perfect for those who require specialised orthopaedic adjustments.

Our team selects products based on technical merit and durability, ensuring that you receive footwear that can withstand the rigours of the modern workplace.
Practical Advice
When selecting your size, please note that the SlimCap design offers a more generous internal fit than many standard safety boots, which can be beneficial for those with wider feet. We recommend wearing these with a technical work sock to assist with moisture management and to ensure the SmellStop lining can function at its best. If you require custom orthopaedic insoles, ensure they are fitted by a professional to maintain the integrity of the boot’s safety rating.
Caring for your product
Maintaining your safety footwear is essential for ensuring it continues to provide the expected level of protection. Regularly remove surface dirt and mud with a damp cloth or a soft brush. Allowing grit to build up on the upper can eventually cause the leather to dry and crack, which will compromise the water-resistant properties of the boot.
It is crucial that you do not dry these boots near a direct heat source, such as a radiator or heater. Forced heat can cause the Tpu-Skin sole to become brittle and may damage the internal adhesives. Instead, allow them to air dry naturally in a cool, well-ventilated space. Regular application of a suitable leather conditioner will help to keep the upper supple and extend the overall life of the product.
