Product Overview

The Kustom Kit KK715 Women's Continental Blouse is a sophisticated addition to any professional wardrobe, engineered to provide a polished corporate appearance without compromising on comfort. This garment features a contemporary tailored fit, complemented by 3/4 length sleeves that offer a practical solution for year-round wear in climate-controlled environments. The design prioritises a clean aesthetic, utilising a covered front placket and a modern stand-up open collar to ensure your team looks sharp and cohesive.

Key Features
  • 3/4 Length Sleeves: Offers a versatile look that remains professional while allowing for greater freedom of movement throughout the working day.
  • Easy Iron Fabric: The polyester and cotton blend is specifically treated to resist deep creasing, significantly reducing the time required for garment maintenance.
  • Tailored Fit with Back Darts: Two back darts provide a feminine, structured silhouette that follows the natural contours of the body for a professional finish.
  • Covered Front Placket: Conceals the buttons to create a minimalist, streamlined appearance that is ideal for high-end corporate or hospitality settings.
  • Stand-up Open Collar: Features a soft interlined fused construction to maintain its shape, providing a crisp frame for the face and neck.

Design & Performance

Constructed from a 65% polyester and 35% cotton blend, this blouse balances durability with breathability. The lightweight fabric is well-suited for indoor professional environments, ensuring the wearer remains comfortable during long shifts. The inclusion of side vents and a rounded hem allows the garment to be worn either tucked in or loose, depending on the specific requirements of your uniform policy. The centre back seam further reinforces the structure of the blouse, ensuring it retains its shape after repeated laundering.

Customisation: Print & Embroidery

The smooth, tight weave of this poly-cotton fabric makes it an exceptional candidate for both print and embroidery. For a traditional and high-end professional appearance, we recommend embroidery for company logos or staff names; our specialist threads provide a textured, durable finish that withstands regular washing. Alternatively, for larger or more complex branding requirements, high-quality printing offers a vibrant and precise result. Every customisation is handled by our expert in-house team at our Telford facility, drawing on decades of experience to ensure your brand is represented accurately.

Use Cases

This blouse is an ideal choice for front-of-house hospitality staff, corporate office teams, and retail management professionals. Its understated elegance makes it versatile enough for reception desks, client meetings, or premium service roles where a professional appearance is non-negotiable.

Practical Advice

As this is a tailored fit garment, we recommend reviewing the size guide carefully to ensure the best fit across the shoulders and bust. For a complete professional uniform, this blouse layers exceptionally well under a structured blazer or can be paired with formal trousers for a clean, standalone look.

Caring for your product

To maintain the structural integrity and professional appearance of your blouse, it should be machine washed at 40°C using a delicate cycle. This temperature effectively removes oils and dirt without causing the synthetic fibres to degrade prematurely.

Avoid the use of bleach, as this will weaken the fabric fibres and can lead to discolouration, particularly around the collar and cuffs. This garment is not suitable for dry cleaning or tumble drying; the intense heat and chemical processes involved can damage the interlining of the collar and placket, leading to a loss of shape.

For the best results, use a two-dot iron setting while the garment is slightly damp. This provides enough heat to remove creases from the polyester blend without the risk of scorching or creating a 'shine' on the fabric surface.
