Product Overview

The AWDis Just Hoods Vision heavyweight hoodie represents a sophisticated shift in professional casualwear. Designed with a focus on clean lines and a modern silhouette, this garment removes traditional drawcords to provide a streamlined aesthetic that is both safe and stylish for the modern workplace. The substantial weight of the fabric ensures excellent thermal properties, while the relaxed fit allows for ease of movement, making it an ideal choice for professionals who require both comfort and a polished appearance.

Key Features
  • The 100% cotton-faced fabric provides an incredibly smooth surface, ensuring your printed logos are rendered with exceptional clarity and detail.
  • A three-panel self-fabric hood is engineered to sit better on the shoulders and head, offering a more structured look than standard two-panel designs.
  • The brushed inner fleece provides significant warmth and a soft, comfortable feel against the skin, which is essential for long shifts in cooler environments.
  • Twin-needle stitching detail throughout the garment reinforces high-stress areas, ensuring the hoodie maintains its shape and durability over time.
  • A kangaroo pouch pocket offers practical storage for essential tools or personal items, while the ribbed cuffs and hem provide a secure, comfortable fit.

Design & Performance

This hoodie is crafted using a high-quality three-end fleece, which creates a dense and durable material that stands up to the rigours of daily work. The fabric composition of 70% ringspun cotton and 30% polyester offers the best of both worlds: the breathability and premium feel of cotton combined with the polyester's ability to resist shrinking and maintain garment structure. For those opting for the Heather Grey variant, a 65% cotton and 35% polyester blend is used to achieve the classic textured finish without compromising on performance. The inclusion of a locker patch at the back neck and a simple size label makes this an excellent choice for businesses looking to implement a full rebranding strategy.

Customisation: Print & Embroidery

The Vision heavyweight hoodie is specifically designed to be the perfect canvas for your brand. The 100% cotton face is a technical advantage for printing, as it allows for better ink adhesion and more vibrant colour reproduction. For a prestigious and long-lasting finish, embroidery is highly recommended; the substantial weight of the fabric supports complex, high-stitch-count logos without the puckering often seen on lighter garments. Every customisation project is handled by our expert in-house team in Telford, who have been perfecting garment decoration since 1976.

Use Cases

Due to its modern, drawcord-free design, this hoodie is a versatile choice for a variety of sectors. It is particularly well-suited for the creative and tech industries, retail staff, and high-end event teams. Its robust construction also makes it a reliable outer layer for tradespeople who want a professional alternative to a standard jacket during the colder months.

Practical Advice

The relaxed fit of this hoodie is designed to be comfortable over other layers. If you prefer a more fitted, athletic look, you may wish to consider a size smaller than your usual measurement. The extensive size range, from XS up to 5XL, ensures that you can provide a consistent and inclusive uniform for your entire team.

Caring for your product

To ensure the longevity of your garment and the custom branding applied to it, we recommend a machine wash at 30°C. Washing at this lower temperature helps to preserve the cotton fibres and prevents the colours from fading prematurely.

Bleaching should be strictly avoided, as the harsh chemicals will weaken the fabric and destroy the integrity of your embroidered or printed logo. When drying, use a low-heat tumble dry setting to minimize shrinkage, though air drying is the best method to keep the hoodie in peak condition.

If ironing is required, use a low heat setting and always iron the garment inside out. Never iron directly over printed designs, as the heat will cause the print to lift or smudge. Finally, do not dry clean this garment, as the process can degrade the specialized adhesives used in modern printing.
