Product Overview
The AWDis Just Cool Smooth T-shirt is a technically proficient garment designed for those who require both comfort and performance in active environments. Unlike standard textured fabrics, this t-shirt utilises a smooth-surface polyester that provides a sleek, professional appearance while maintaining essential moisture-management properties. It is an ideal solution for businesses looking to outfit staff in a uniform that remains comfortable throughout a demanding shift.
Key Features
- Neoteric Smooth Fabric: This specialised material features inherent wickability, drawing perspiration away from the body to keep the wearer dry and comfortable during physical exertion.
- Relaxed Fit Design: The garment is cut to allow for unrestricted movement, ensuring that the wearer is not hindered by tight fabric during manual tasks or athletic activities.
- Twin Needle Stitching: Reinforced stitching at the seams provides enhanced durability, ensuring the t-shirt can withstand the rigours of regular use and repeated laundering.
- Tear-Off Label: A simple tear-off back neck label allows for a more comfortable wearing experience by removing potential skin irritation, while also making the garment suitable for rebranding.
Design & Performance
Constructed from 100% polyester, this t-shirt is engineered for durability and functionality. The lightweight fabric ensures that the garment does not feel heavy or restrictive, making it a superior choice for warm environments or high-activity roles. The set-in sleeve design provides a classic silhouette that transitions easily from a professional work setting to a leisure environment. Furthermore, the quick-drying nature of the Neoteric fabric means the garment is easy to maintain and ready for use shortly after washing.
Customisation: Print & Embroidery
The smooth surface of the JC020 makes it an exceptional candidate for customisation. For those seeking a professional and traditional finish, embroidery is highly recommended for company logos or staff names, providing a textured and long-lasting appearance. Conversely, the flat weave of the fabric is perfect for large, bold printed designs, ensuring sharp lines and vibrant colour reproduction.
All customisation is handled by our expert in-house team in Telford. Having been established in 1976, we have the experience required to ensure your branding is applied with precision, helping your team maintain a unified and professional appearance.
Use Cases
This t-shirt is perfectly suited for gym staff, sports coaches, and workers in active trade environments. Its breathability also makes it a sensible choice for event staff and promotional teams who may be working outdoors or in crowded venues during warmer months.

Practical Advice
This garment is designed with a relaxed fit, making it comfortable for a variety of body types. If you are between sizes or prefer a more tailored look, you may wish to consider the smaller size option. As a lightweight t-shirt, it also serves as an excellent base layer beneath a fleece or softshell jacket in cooler weather.
Caring for your product
To preserve the technical properties of the Neoteric fabric and ensure your custom branding remains in peak condition, we recommend a machine wash at 30°C. Washing at this temperature helps to maintain the fabric's integrity and prevents unnecessary wear on the fibres.
Avoid the use of bleach, as this will damage the polyester fibres and cause the colours to fade prematurely. Similarly, dry cleaning is not recommended as the chemicals used can be detrimental to the smooth finish of the material.
Do not tumble dry this garment; instead, allow it to air dry to prevent shrinkage and maintain its original shape. Ironing should also be avoided, as the heat from a domestic iron can melt the synthetic fibres and damage any applied print or embroidery.
