It is vital to avoid the use of fabric softeners. Softeners can coat the technical fibres, significantly reducing the garment's ability to wick moisture away from the body. Similarly, do not use bleach, as this will damage the polyester fibres and degrade the colour.
For drying, a low temperature tumble dry is recommended. When ironing, use a cool setting and always iron on the reverse of the fabric to protect both the micro piqué texture and any applied logos. Do not dry clean this garment, as the harsh chemicals can interfere with the technical yarn performance.
