Caring for your product
To maintain the professional finish and integrity of the knit, we recommend a domestic wash at 40°C. Washing at higher temperatures can cause the acrylic fibres to shrink or the cotton to lose its natural softness over time.
It is essential to wash and dry the garment inside out. This simple step protects the fine-knit surface and your custom embroidery from friction during the wash cycle, preventing pilling and ensuring your logo remains vibrant.
Do not tumble dry this garment. Heat from a dryer can lead to significant distortion of the knit. Instead, reshape the jumper while damp and dry it flat, away from direct heat or sunlight, to ensure it retains its original silhouette.
When ironing, use a medium heat setting (two dots) and iron on the reverse side only. This prevents the heat from crushing the fibres or damaging any branding, keeping the jumper looking as good as the day it arrived from Telford.
