Caring for your product
To maintain the performance and appearance of your embroidered hoodie, it is essential to follow the care instructions precisely. A domestic machine wash at 30°C is recommended; using a lower temperature helps to preserve the integrity of the cotton fibres and prevents the embroidery thread from losing its lustre.
When bleaching is necessary, only use non-chlorine products. Chlorine bleach is too harsh for the polyester blend and will inevitably damage the colour and strength of your embroidered logo. We advise against dry cleaning, as the chemical solvents used can degrade the fabric's soft finish.
For drying, use a low heat setting in the tumble dryer to prevent excessive shrinkage. Importantly, do not iron this garment. Subjecting the fleece and the embroidery to high direct heat can melt the synthetic fibres and distort the stitched design, permanently ruining the professional appearance of the hoodie.
