Caring for your product
To maintain the structural integrity and the vibrancy of your customisation, we recommend a warm machine wash. Turning the garment inside out before washing protects the printed or embroidered elements from friction with other items in the load, preventing premature wear.
Only use non-chlorine bleach when necessary. Using harsh chlorine-based bleaches can degrade the natural cotton fibres and cause significant fading to both the fabric and your branding.
Tumble drying should be kept to a medium heat setting. Excessive heat can lead to shrinkage and may eventually damage the adhesive properties of printed designs.
It is vital that you do not iron the decorated areas. High heat from an iron can melt print transfers or distort embroidery threads. If ironing is required, work around the logo or iron on the reverse side.
