Caring for your product
To ensure the longevity of your garment and the continued vibrancy of your custom branding, we recommend a domestic wash at or below 40°C. Washing at this temperature effectively removes dirt and oils while protecting the integrity of the cotton-rich fibres and preventing premature fading of the fabric.
The use of bleach must be strictly avoided. Bleaching agents will compromise the structural strength of the CiCLO fibres and will likely lead to significant discolouration of both the jacket and your embroidered or printed logo.
For drying, use a tumble dryer only at a low temperature. Excessive heat during the drying process can lead to fabric shrinkage and may cause the metal zip to warp or the printed elements to crack. Similarly, when ironing, use a low temperature and avoid direct contact with any printed areas to prevent damage.
Dry cleaning is not suitable for this garment. The harsh chemical solvents used in dry cleaning can strip the fabric of its soft finish and negatively impact the adhesion of any customisations.
