Product Overview

The Front Row Recycled Sherpa Fleece represents a sophisticated approach to outdoor workwear, blending high-performance thermal insulation with an unwavering commitment to sustainability. Crafted from 100% recycled polyester, this heavyweight fleece provides a substantial barrier against the cold while maintaining a professional, retail-inspired aesthetic. The thick pile sherpa texture offers a tactile, premium feel that is as much at home in a corporate office as it is on a brisk outdoor site visit. Its regular fit ensures ease of movement, while the contrast cotton twill panelling adds a structural durability that elevates the garment beyond standard leisurewear.

Key Features

  • 100% Recycled Polyester: High-pile sherpa fabric provides exceptional warmth and environmental responsibility without sacrificing durability.
  • Integrated Embroidery Access: An internal lining specifically designed to allow our technicians access to the outer fabric, ensuring a clean finish that conceals the back of the stitching.
  • Contrast Cotton Twill Panelling: Strategically placed flatlock-stitched panels provide additional reinforcement in high-wear areas and a modern, professional look.
  • Secure Storage Options: A zipped chest pocket and welt side pockets with popper fastenings allow for the safe storage of tools, mobile devices, or personal items.
  • Adjustable Elements: Elasticated cuffs and a curved hem with an adjustable cord allow you to tailor the fit and trap heat effectively in colder conditions.

Design & Performance

Designed for longevity and comfort, this fleece features a contrast funnel collar with a fleece-lined inner to prevent neck irritation and provide a snug fit against the wind. The use of flatlock stitching on the contrast panels ensures that seams lay flat against the body, reducing bulk and preventing chafing when worn under a heavier outer jacket. The heavyweight nature of the sherpa pile ensures superior heat retention, making it an ideal choice for the colder months. The addition of a tag-free neck label makes this garment particularly well-suited for businesses looking to create their own branded range without the clutter of manufacturer branding.

Customisation: Embroidery Only

Due to the deep, textured nature of the sherpa pile, this garment is suited exclusively for embroidery. The thick, uneven surface of the fleece makes heat-press printing or screen printing impractical, as the medium would not adhere correctly to the fibres. Embroidery, however, allows our Telford-based team to stitch your logo directly into the fabric, creating a durable and high-definition finish that can withstand the rigours of daily wear. By utilising the built-in embroidery access lining, we ensure that your branding looks impeccable on the outside while remaining comfortable and snag-free on the inside.

Use Cases

This fleece is an excellent choice for client-facing tradespeople, outdoor event staff, and premium sports clubs who require a professional yet functional uniform. Its substantial weight and stylish design also make it a popular option for staff gifting or as part of a high-end corporate identity for businesses operating in colder environments.

Practical Advice

The regular fit of this fleece is designed to accommodate base layers comfortably. If you intend to wear this as a primary outer layer over a thick sweatshirt, you may find your usual size provides the best fit; however, for a more streamlined look under a waterproof shell, ensure you refer to our sizing guide which covers chest measurements from 34 to 48 inches.

Caring for your product

To maintain the high-pile loft and thermal efficiency of your sherpa fleece, we recommend a machine wash at 30°C on a synthetic cycle. High temperatures can damage the recycled polyester fibres, leading to a loss of texture and warmth.

Avoid the use of bleach, as this will degrade the fabric strength and cause significant discolouration to both the fleece and your embroidered logo. This garment must not be tumble dried; instead, we advise reshaping it while damp and allowing it to air dry naturally away from direct sunlight to prevent the fibres from becoming brittle.

Do not iron or dry clean this item. The synthetic nature of the sherpa fabric means it is prone to melting under direct heat, and the chemicals used in dry cleaning can strip the fabric of its soft handle. Following these steps will ensure your garment remains a staple of your work wardrobe for seasons to come.
