Product Overview

The Flexfit Tech water-repellent cap by Yupoong is a sophisticated addition to any professional uniform, engineered to provide protection against the elements without compromising on style. This cap features a traditional six-panel crown construction with a reinforced front, ensuring the garment retains its shape and professional profile throughout its lifespan. The primary appeal lies in its technical water-repellent finish, which allows moisture to bead and roll off the surface, keeping the wearer dry during light showers or unpredictable outdoor shifts.

Key Features
  • Water-Repellent Technology: The fabric is treated to resist moisture, ensuring your team remains comfortable and dry when working outdoors in damp conditions.
  • Six-Panel Reinforced Crown: The structured front panels provide a stable foundation for customisation while maintaining the cap's architectural integrity over time.
  • Pre-Curved Brim: Ready to wear from day one, the brim provides consistent shade and protection from glare without requiring manual shaping.
  • Flexfit Stretch Technology: By incorporating elastane into the weave, the cap naturally contours to the wearer's head shape for a secure, comfortable fit throughout the day.
  • Amfori BSCI Accredited: This certification ensures that the cap is produced under fair and ethical working conditions, reflecting well on your brand's corporate social responsibility.

Design & Performance

Crafted from a blend of 92% Polyester and 8% Elastane, this cap is a lightweight piece of headwear designed for high-performance environments. The inclusion of elastane provides the necessary stretch for the Flexfit system, allowing the cap to adapt perfectly to various head shapes without the need for an adjustable plastic strap, which often detracts from a premium look. The polyester component ensures the fabric is durable and resistant to the usual wear and tear associated with active trade environments.

Customisation: Print & Embroidery

At MyWorkwear, we understand that your headwear is a vital touchpoint for your brand. This cap is exceptionally well-suited for both print and embroidery, though each serves a different purpose. For a truly professional and traditional finish, we recommend embroidery. The reinforced front panels provide the perfect substrate for high-density stitching, allowing your corporate logo to stand out with a premium, tactile feel.

If your branding requires large, vibrant graphics or complex gradients, our in-house printing team can apply bold designs that remain crisp. All customisation is carried out by our expert team in Telford, who have been perfecting garment decoration since 1976.

Use Cases

This cap is designed for professionals who require a smart appearance while working in the field. It is particularly effective for site managers, delivery personnel, and outdoor event staff who may face light rain but need to maintain a polished image. Its two-tone design also makes it an excellent choice for promotional merchandise or as part of a modern corporate casual uniform.

Practical Advice

This cap is available in two sizes: S/M and L/XL. Due to the Flexfit stretch technology, the cap is forgiving, but we recommend measuring the circumference of the head to ensure the most comfortable fit. For teams working in very bright conditions, the pre-curved brim is specifically designed to reduce eye strain by blocking overhead sunlight.

Caring for your product

To maintain the technical performance and the aesthetic quality of this cap, it is vital to follow the specific care requirements. This garment is designated as "Do not wash." Submerging the cap in water or subjecting it to the mechanical action of a washing machine can damage the internal reinforcement of the crown and compromise the water-repellent coating.

To keep the cap looking its best, we recommend gently spot cleaning any marks with a damp cloth and mild detergent. This method protects the integrity of your embroidered or printed logo and ensures the Flexfit elastic remains taut and effective for the long term.
