Designed to be both functional and aesthetically pleasing, this unisex headwear is an essential addition to any winter uniform or outdoor work ensemble.
Key Features
Jockey Style Design: Provides a contemporary, streamlined fit that sits comfortably and securely on the head.
Adjustable Closure: Allows for a bespoke fit, ensuring the cap remains stable during physical activity and fits a wide range of head sizes.
Polar Fleece Fabric: This heavyweight material offers superior warmth and comfort, acting as an effective barrier against chilly autumn and winter conditions.
Flat Visor: Maintains a clean, modern aesthetic while providing necessary shade and protection from the elements.
Design & Performance
Engineered for durability and performance in lower temperatures, the 100% polyester polar fleece is chosen for its excellent moisture-wicking properties and ability to retain heat. The fabric is thick and substantial, providing a tactile, premium finish that feels significantly more robust than standard cotton caps. The flat visor adds a structural element that holds its shape, while the adjustable closure at the rear ensures the cap remains comfortable throughout a full working day. The neutral tones and fleece texture make it an adaptable piece that integrates seamlessly with existing professional outerwear.
Customisation: Embroidery Only
Due to the deep, textured pile of the polar fleece fabric, this cap is suitable for embroidery only. Traditional printing methods are ineffective on this surface, as the ink cannot sit flat on the fluffy fibres. Embroidery, however, allows your logo to be stitched directly into the fabric, creating a durable and high-quality finish that stands out. Our in-house embroidery team, based in Telford since 1976, utilises precision machinery to ensure your branding is rendered with absolute clarity and professional-grade durability.
Use Cases
This cap is ideally suited for outdoor tradespeople, site supervisors, and delivery personnel who require headwear that offers more warmth than a standard baseball cap. It is also an excellent choice for retail staff working in cold environments or for corporate team-building events held during the winter months. Its unisex design and adjustable fit make it a versatile option for diverse workforces.

Practical Advice
The one-size-fits-all design is easily adjusted via the rear closure to accommodate different head shapes or to be worn over a thin thermal liner if required. We recommend adjusting the fit while stationary to ensure maximum comfort before beginning any manual tasks.
Caring for your product
To maintain the structural integrity and the soft texture of the polar fleece, this cap requires specific care. We recommend that you do not wash this item. Domestic washing can cause the fleece to pill and may distort the shape of the jockey-style crown.
Avoid the use of bleach, as harsh chemicals will damage the synthetic polyester fibres and cause significant discolouration to your custom embroidery. Similarly, do not dry clean this product, as the solvents used can degrade the fabric's thermal properties.
It is vital that you do not iron or tumble dry this cap. High heat will melt the polyester fibres and permanently damage the flat visor. If the cap becomes damp, it should be reshaped by hand and allowed to air dry naturally away from direct heat sources.
