Product Overview
The Flexfit organic cotton cap represents a significant evolution of a headwear classic. By integrating sustainable materials into their well-recognised 6277 silhouette, Flexfit by Yupoong provides a professional headwear solution that aligns with modern environmental standards. This cap maintains the authentic, structured appearance expected from a premium garment while utilising high-quality organic cotton that is soft to the touch yet robust enough for daily use in a professional environment.
Key Features
- 98% Organic Cotton: This sustainable fabric choice offers a superior feel and breathability, ensuring comfort throughout a long shift while supporting ethical agricultural practices.
- Patented Flexfit Technology: The inclusion of 2% elastane within the weave allows the cap to adapt to the wearer's head shape, providing a secure, comfortable fit without the need for a plastic adjuster.
- Reinforced Front: The structured crown ensures the cap maintains its professional profile over time, preventing it from collapsing or losing its shape after repeated wear.
- Classic Round Brim: Provides effective shade and protection while maintaining a timeless aesthetic suitable for various industries.
Design & Performance
This cap is engineered for longevity. The blend of organic cotton and elastane creates a fabric that is both sturdy and flexible. Unlike standard promotional headwear, the reinforced front panels provide a stable canvas for branding, ensuring that logos do not warp or sag. The fabric weight is substantial enough to feel high-quality without being overly heavy, making it an ideal choice for year-round wear.
Furthermore, the cap carries Amfori BSCI, Certified Organic, and REACH accreditations. These certifications confirm that the garment has been manufactured under fair working conditions and is free from harmful chemicals, which is increasingly important for businesses demonstrating corporate social responsibility.
Customisation: Print & Embroidery
This organic cotton cap is an excellent candidate for both print and embroidery, though each serves a different purpose. For a truly professional finish that withstands the rigours of the workplace, we generally recommend embroidery. The reinforced front provides the necessary support for high-stitch-count logos, creating a three-dimensional, premium appearance that is synonymous with established brands.
Alternatively, film or screen printing can be utilised for larger, more intricate graphic designs where a flat finish is preferred. Our expert team in Telford, which has been refining these processes since 1976, handles all customisation in-house to ensure your branding meets our rigorous quality standards.
Use Cases
The versatile design makes this cap suitable for a wide range of applications. It is particularly effective for outdoor service staff, delivery personnel, and tradespeople who require a professional appearance while protecting themselves from the elements. Because of its organic credentials, it is also an ideal choice for businesses within the environmental, organic food, or wellness sectors looking to maintain a consistent brand message.

Practical Advice
To ensure the best fit, we offer two distinct sizes. The S/M size is tailored for head circumferences of 55 to 58cm, while the L/XL accommodates 58 to 61cm. Because of the Flexfit elastane technology, there is a degree of natural stretch, but we recommend measuring before ordering to ensure maximum comfort during long periods of wear.
Caring for your product
Maintaining the structural integrity of a reinforced cap requires specific care. To preserve the shape of the crown and the curve of the brim, this garment must not be washed. Introducing it to a washing machine cycle will likely damage the internal reinforcement, causing the front to lose its professional, upright stance.
Similarly, you should avoid the use of chlorine bleach, tumble dryers, and irons. High heat and harsh chemicals will degrade the organic cotton fibres and can cause the elastane to lose its elasticity, resulting in a cap that no longer fits correctly. Dry cleaning is also not recommended, as the solvents used can interfere with the adhesives and materials used in the reinforced front panels. For minor marks, a gentle spot clean with a damp cloth is the safest approach.
