Practical Advice

Due to the Flexfit technology, there is a degree of overlap, but we recommend measuring the circumference of your head to ensure the most comfortable fit. If you are positioned between sizes, the elastane content typically allows for a snug fit in the smaller size or a more relaxed feel in the larger size. This cap is designed to be worn alone and does not require layering, though it can easily be worn under the hood of a waterproof jacket during inclement weather.
Caring for your product
To maintain the structural integrity and the technical performance of your Flexfit cap, it is essential to follow the specific care instructions provided. Failure to do so may result in the loss of shape or damage to your custom branding.
Do not wash this garment in a machine. Mechanical agitation and immersion in water can cause the visor to lose its shape and may damage the internal elasticated Flexfit band, leading to an insecure fit.
Bleaching agents should be strictly avoided. These harsh chemicals will degrade the polyester fibres and can cause significant discolouration to both the cap fabric and your embroidered or printed logo.
Do not iron the cap. High temperatures from an iron can melt the synthetic polyester and elastane fibres, permanently deforming the mesh structure and potentially scorching the visor.
Tumble drying is not recommended. The heat and movement of a dryer can cause the cap to shrink and may weaken the adhesive used in certain printing processes or the tension of embroidery threads.
Finally, do not dry clean this product. The solvents used in the dry cleaning process are too aggressive for the technical mesh and the internal components of the cap.
