Product Overview

The Build Your Brand BY367 Womens Sorona regular tee represents a significant step forward in professional workwear, combining technical fabric innovation with a clean, feminine silhouette. Unlike standard cotton tees, this garment utilises a sophisticated blend of cotton and Sorona fibres to deliver a substantial, heavyweight feel that remains exceptionally soft to the touch. It is designed for those who require a durable, professional-looking garment that doesn't compromise on environmental responsibility or wearer comfort.

Key Features
  • Feminine Regular Fit: Carefully tailored to provide a professional silhouette that allows for ease of movement without the boxiness of unisex alternatives.
  • Innovative Sorona Blend: The inclusion of plant-based Sorona fibres provides natural elasticity and a soft-touch finish that stays comfortable throughout a long shift.
  • Ribbed Neckline: The high-quality ribbing at the neck ensures the garment maintains its shape and structure, even after repeated wear and laundering.
  • Breathable Performance: The fabric's natural composition allows for excellent moisture management, keeping the wearer cool in busy environments.
  • Tear-out Tag: A practical feature for companies looking to rebrand garments internally without the discomfort of a traditional woven label.

Design & Performance

Constructed from a blend of 70% cotton and 30% Sorona polyester, this t-shirt is engineered for longevity. Sorona is a bio-based fibre derived from renewable plant materials, which offers a lower environmental impact during production compared to traditional synthetics. For the end user, this translates to a garment with outstanding elasticity and shape retention; the fabric resists sagging and stretching, ensuring your team looks as sharp at the end of the day as they did at the start.

The heavyweight nature of the fabric provides a premium drape and superior opacity, which is essential for maintaining a professional appearance in a variety of lighting conditions. The quick-drying properties of the Sorona blend also make this a practical choice for fast-paced work environments where moisture-wicking is a distinct advantage.

Customisation: Print & Embroidery

The BY367 is a versatile canvas for your company branding. Our expert team in Telford, with decades of experience since 1976, can customise this garment using both print and embroidery techniques to suit your specific needs.

Embroidery is highly recommended for this heavyweight fabric. The substantial weight provides a stable base for high-density stitching, resulting in a crisp, durable finish for chest logos or staff names that adds a level of professional authority. For those requiring larger, more colourful graphics for promotional events or bold branding, the smooth surface of the cotton-Sorona blend is ideal for printing, ensuring sharp detail and vibrant colour reproduction.

Use Cases

This t-shirt is ideally suited for a wide range of professional settings, from modern retail and hospitality environments to corporate events. Because it balances durability with a refined appearance, it is frequently chosen as a primary uniform piece for staff in client-facing roles. Its breathable nature and flattering fit also make it a popular choice for health and wellness sectors or as high-quality promotional wear.

Practical Advice

The BY367 offers a generous size range from XS to 5XL, making it an inclusive choice for diverse teams. The regular fit is true to size, but we recommend consulting the size guide to ensure the best fit for your staff. For a complete uniform solution, this heavyweight tee layers perfectly under a structured softshell jacket or a branded sweatshirt during the colder months, providing a professional look year-round.

Caring for your product

To maintain the technical performance and soft-touch finish of the Sorona fibres, we recommend a domestic wash at 30°C using a fine wash or wool cycle. Washing at lower temperatures helps to preserve the elasticity of the fabric and prevents the degradation of any custom print or embroidery, ensuring your branding remains vibrant for longer.

Avoid the use of harsh bleaching agents, as these can break down the natural and plant-based fibres, leading to a loss of structural integrity and colour fading. We also recommend washing the garment inside out to protect the face of the fabric and any applied branding from mechanical abrasion during the wash cycle.
