Product Overview

The Beechfield B375R Polylana original cuffed beanie represents a sophisticated shift in professional headwear, blending traditional aesthetics with modern material science. Crafted from Polylana yarn—an innovative mixture of virgin and recycled polyester—this beanie provides the soft handle and thermal properties of wool while maintaining a significantly lower environmental footprint. The classic silhouette is reimagined for the modern workforce, offering a sustainable alternative that does not compromise on warmth or professional appearance.

Key Features

  • Polylana Yarn Composition: This innovative blend of virgin and recycled polyester ensures a soft, wool-like feel while reducing water consumption and energy use during production.

  • Double-Layer Knit: The dual-layered construction provides superior insulation against the cold, ensuring the wearer remains comfortable during extended outdoor shifts.

  • Cuffed Design: The fold-over cuff is not merely a stylistic choice; it provides a reinforced, stable area specifically designed to support high-quality branding.

  • TearAway Label: For businesses looking to provide a fully bespoke experience, the easily removable label allows for clean rebranding without damaging the knit.

Design & Performance

The performance of this beanie lies in its medium-weight, double-layered structure. Unlike traditional acrylic, the Polylana yarn offers a refined texture that is gentle against the skin, preventing the irritation often associated with coarser synthetic fibres. Its durability is a standout feature; the polyester blend is inherently resilient, maintaining its shape and elasticity even after repeated wear in demanding environments. This ensures that your team maintains a uniform, professional look throughout the winter season.

Customisation: Embroidery Only

For this specific item, we recommend embroidery as the exclusive method of customisation. The textured, double-layer knit of the Polylana yarn requires the structural integrity that only high-quality stitching can provide. Embroidery ensures your company logo is securely anchored into the fabric, offering a three-dimensional, premium finish that will outlast the rigours of daily use.

Our in-house embroidery team, established in 1976, utilises precision machinery to ensure every stitch is tight and every logo is sharp. Given the knit's flexibility, our experts adjust the tension and backing to ensure your branding remains crisp and undistorted, a level of detail that only decades of experience in Telford can provide.

Use Cases

This beanie is an excellent choice for a wide range of sectors. It is particularly well-suited for site managers and tradespeople who require dependable warmth without sacrificing a professional image. It also serves as an exceptional piece of corporate merchandise for outdoor events, warehouse staff operating in cold stores, or delivery personnel who are constantly exposed to the elements.

Why MyWorkwear

With a heritage dating back to 1976, MyWorkwear has spent nearly half a century perfecting the art of durable, professional branding. Based in Telford, we combine our extensive technical knowledge with the latest sustainable garment technologies. We understand that your workwear is a reflection of your business standards, which is why we treat every embroidery project with the same expert care that has made us a trusted partner for UK businesses for decades.

Practical Advice

The one-size design is engineered to fit most adults comfortably due to the natural stretch of the knit. When layering for extreme cold, we recommend pairing this beanie with a high-collared jacket; the cuffed design allows for a snug fit that prevents heat from escaping around the neckline. If you are between branding styles, consider a slightly larger embroidery font to ensure clarity against the textured Polylana surface.

Caring for your product

To maintain the structural integrity and soft feel of the Polylana fibres, it is essential to follow the recommended care routine. Proper maintenance ensures the beanie remains professional in appearance for as long as possible.

We recommend a machine wash on a warm setting. This temperature is sufficient to remove dirt and oils without causing the synthetic fibres to lose their elasticity or shape. Avoid using high-heat cycles, as excessive temperature can weaken the recycled polyester strands.

Do not iron this garment. The heat from a domestic iron can cause the synthetic fibres to melt or glaze, leading to permanent damage to the knit and your embroidered logo. Similarly, do not dry clean this item, as the harsh chemicals used in the process can strip the fibres of their softness and potentially discolour the embroidery threads.
