Product Overview
The Beechfield Morf Suprafleece is a versatile and essential accessory for any professional working in demanding, cold environments. Designed as a multi-purpose snood, this garment provides an adaptable solution for thermal protection, functioning as a neck warmer, headband, or face covering as required. Constructed from high-quality polyester microfibre, it offers a sophisticated balance between insulation and breathability, ensuring the wearer remains comfortable without the risk of overheating during physical exertion.
Key Features
- Suprafleece Technology: The specialised fleece finish provides enhanced thermal retention, keeping the neck and face warm in sub-zero or breezy conditions.
- Multi-purpose Functionality: The tubular design allows for various configurations, making it a highly adaptable piece of headwear for changing weather.
- Breathable Microfibre: The 100% polyester fabric allows moisture to escape, preventing the damp, uncomfortable feeling often associated with lower-quality thermal accessories.
- Tear-out Label: A simple yet effective feature that allows for a cleaner finish and reduces irritation for the wearer.
Design & Performance
The Beechfield Morf is engineered for durability and consistent performance. The microfibre fabric is exceptionally lightweight, ensuring that it provides significant warmth without adding unnecessary bulk to your uniform. This low-profile design is particularly beneficial when layered with heavy jackets or high-visibility gear. The Suprafleece texture is soft against the skin, reducing the risk of chafing during long shifts, while the natural stretch of the polyester ensures a secure fit for all users.
Customisation: Embroidery Only
Due to the plush, textured nature of the Suprafleece microfibre, this item is offered exclusively for embroidery. The deep pile of the fleece is unsuitable for standard printing methods, which would fail to adhere correctly and lack longevity. Embroidery, however, provides a premium, three-dimensional finish that sits securely within the fabric. Our in-house embroidery team, with expertise dating back to 1976, uses precision stitching to ensure your company logo remains sharp and durable, even after repeated exposure to the elements.
Use Cases
This snood is an ideal addition to the kit of site managers, delivery drivers, and agricultural workers who face the British winter daily. Its professional appearance also makes it suitable for outdoor event staff or brand ambassadors who require branded warmth while maintaining a polished corporate image. Because it is breathable, it is equally effective for active tradespeople who transition frequently between indoor and outdoor tasks.

Practical Advice
The Morf is provided in a single size (74 x 25cm), which is designed to fit most adults comfortably. For maximum thermal efficiency, we recommend tucking the bottom of the snood into the collar of your base layer or jacket to seal out draughts. It can also be worn under a safety helmet without affecting the fit, providing an extra layer of protection against the wind.
Caring for your product
To maintain the thermal performance and soft texture of your Suprafleece snood, it is important to follow specific care guidelines. Proper maintenance ensures the microfibres remain lofted and effective at trapping heat.
We recommend a warm machine wash. This temperature is sufficient to remove dirt and skin oils without degrading the synthetic fibres of the microfibre. Using a mild detergent will help preserve the vibrancy of both the fabric and your embroidered logo.
Do not iron this garment. Microfibre is composed of polyester, which is essentially a form of plastic; direct heat from an iron will melt the fibres, causing permanent damage to the texture and destroying the breathable properties of the fabric. The Morf is naturally crease-resistant, making ironing unnecessary.
Avoid dry cleaning. The harsh chemical solvents used in dry cleaning can strip the Suprafleece of its softness and may weaken the embroidery threads over time. A simple domestic wash is all that is required to keep this item in professional condition.
