Product Overview

The Beechfield B442R Fashion patch beanie represents a thoughtful intersection between modern sustainability and classic street-inspired aesthetics. Constructed with a significant portion of recycled polyester, this cuffed beanie is designed for those who require practical warmth without compromising on professional presentation. The inclusion of a dedicated cotton twill patch serves as a purpose-built canvas for branding, ensuring your logo remains prominent and perfectly level, regardless of the wearer's movements.

Key Features
  • The ribbed, single-layer knit provides a flexible yet snug fit that retains heat effectively in colder conditions while allowing for a degree of breathability.
  • An engineered crown ensures a streamlined shape that sits comfortably on the head, avoiding the unsightly bunching often found in lesser quality headwear.
  • The integrated cotton twill patch offers a stable, flat surface specifically designed to host high-quality branding that remains visible and sharp.
  • Utilising recycled polyester derived from rPET bottles, this beanie allows businesses to meet environmental objectives without sacrificing durability.

Design & Performance

The fabric blend of recycled polyester, acrylic, and a touch of elastane creates a lightweight fabric that offers both durability and stretch. Unlike standard beanies that may lose their shape over time, the addition of elastane ensures the B442R returns to its original form after every wear. The single-layer construction makes it ideal for layering or for active tradespeople who require head protection that won't lead to overheating during physical exertion.

Customisation: Embroidery Only

For this specific beanie, we recommend embroidery as the primary method of customisation. The presence of the cotton twill patch provides the ideal foundation for high-density stitching. While printing can sometimes struggle with the texture of a ribbed knit, embroidery sits perfectly on the twill patch, offering a premium, three-dimensional finish that stands up to the rigours of daily wear. Our in-house embroidery team, operating since 1976, uses industrial-grade machinery to ensure every stitch is precise, durable, and representative of your brand's quality.

Use Cases

This beanie is a versatile choice for outdoor workers, delivery personnel, and site supervisors who need to maintain a professional appearance in inclement weather. Its stylish cuffed design also makes it a popular choice for corporate gifting, university merchandise, or as a contemporary addition to a retail-ready staff uniform for brands looking to highlight their commitment to recycled materials.

Practical Advice

The B442R is a one-size-fits-all garment, designed with enough elasticity to accommodate various head shapes comfortably. If you are coordinating a full team uniform, this beanie pairs excellently with our range of recycled polyester jackets and fleeces, creating a cohesive and environmentally conscious professional image for your workforce.

Caring for your product

To maintain the structural integrity and the clarity of your embroidered logo, this beanie requires specific care. Maintaining the fabric's performance is essential for long-term use and professional appearance.

We recommend a hand wash only approach. Subjecting this garment to the aggressive agitation of a washing machine may cause the ribbed knit to lose its shape or pill prematurely. Hand washing ensures the elastane remains resilient and the cotton patch stays securely attached to the knit.

You must not iron this product. The high heat of an iron can melt the synthetic fibres and damage the embroidery threads, leading to permanent discolouration and deformation of the beanie. Similarly, avoid dry cleaning, as the harsh chemicals can strip the recycled fibres of their natural flexibility. Allow the beanie to air dry naturally to preserve its original fit and finish.
