Product Overview

The Beechfield BC662 Contrast Flat Peak 6-Panel Cap represents a contemporary evolution of classic headwear, blending heritage aesthetics with modern street-style influences. Constructed from high-quality washed cotton drill, this cap offers a refined, lived-in feel that bypasses the stiffness of traditional workwear caps. The high-profile design provides a substantial presence, while the contrast detailing on the peak and crown offers a sophisticated visual depth that elevates it above standard promotional headwear.

Key Features
  • High-Profile 6-Panel Design: Provides a structured and professional silhouette that retains its shape even with frequent use.
  • Flat Peak with Contrast Detailing: Offers a modern aesthetic while the contrast elements help your brand colours stand out.
  • Retro-Style Snapback Adjuster: Ensures a secure and comfortable fit for all users, making it a versatile choice for diverse teams.
  • Stitched Ventilation Eyelets: Promotes airflow to keep the wearer cool during active shifts or in warmer environments.
  • Tear-Away Label: Facilitates easy rebranding for businesses looking to provide a fully bespoke garment experience.

Design & Performance

At the heart of the BC662 is the 100% washed cotton drill fabric. This material choice is intentional; the washing process softens the fibres, resulting in a lightweight fabric that is comfortable against the skin while remaining remarkably durable. The semi-structured front panels are engineered to provide just enough support to showcase your branding without sacrificing the cap’s relaxed, heritage-inspired appeal.

The inclusion of traditional pigment-dyeing techniques gives the cap a soft, acid-wash finish. This does not just look superior; it ensures the garment feels broken-in from day one. Despite its soft hand-feel, the drill weave is resilient, capable of withstanding the daily rigours of a busy workplace or promotional environment.

Customisation: Print & Embroidery

The semi-structured front panels of this Beechfield cap provide an ideal canvas for customisation. For those seeking a professional appearance, embroidery is the preferred choice. The 6-panel construction allows for high-density stitching of logos and names, providing a textured, premium finish that lasts the lifetime of the garment.

For more expansive or vibrant designs, our Telford-based printing team can apply high-definition graphics across the panels. This is particularly effective for promotional events where bold visibility is paramount. Since 1976, MyWorkwear has refined the art of garment decoration, ensuring that whether you choose print or embroidery, your branding is applied with technical precision.

Use Cases

This cap is an excellent choice for modern retail environments, creative agencies, and delivery personnel who require headwear that is both functional and stylish. It is equally suited for outdoor event staff or as part of a contemporary hospitality uniform where a traditional cap might feel too formal. Its unisex design and adjustable fit make it a reliable 'one-size-fits-all' solution for corporate gifting and team kits.

Why MyWorkwear

With nearly five decades of experience, MyWorkwear is a name synonymous with quality and reliability. Established in 1976, we have grown from a small operation to a leading UK supplier of customised workwear. Operating from our state-of-the-art facility in Telford, we maintain total control over the customisation process, ensuring that every Beechfield cap we dispatch meets our exacting standards for durability and finish.

Practical Advice

The snapback adjuster is designed for ease of use, allowing for quick adjustments on the go. When selecting this cap for a team, you can be confident that the one-size-to-fit-all design will accommodate almost any head size. For those looking to create a complete brand identity, consider pairing this cap with our range of lightweight polo shirts or hoodies to maintain a consistent professional appearance.

Caring for your product

To maintain the structural integrity and the vintage finish of this cap, it should be sponge cleaned only. Mechanical washing can cause the internal stiffening of the peak to warp and may lead to the semi-structured panels losing their shape over time.

If the cap becomes wet, it should be reshaped while damp and allowed to air dry naturally. Using a tumble dryer or placing it directly on a high heat source, such as a radiator, may cause the cotton drill to shrink and the contrast pigments to fade unevenly. Always avoid the use of bleach or harsh detergents to preserve the quality of both the fabric and your custom embroidery or print.
