Product Overview

The B&C Reset 3Lr® hooded softshell is a sophisticated solution for those requiring a balance between weather protection and a professional aesthetic. As a medium-weight jacket, it provides a substantial feel without the bulk of a heavy coat, making it an ideal choice for the unpredictable British climate. Whether you are on-site or representing your business at a client meeting, this softshell offers a sleek, unified look for your entire team. While we can't promise the British weather will cooperate, this jacket will certainly do its part to keep you comfortable.

Key Features
  • Three-Layer Construction: The technical layering provides a robust barrier against the elements while maintaining the necessary flexibility for a full day's work.
  • Integrated Hood: Offers additional protection from wind and rain when the weather takes an unexpected turn, ensuring you remain focused on the task at hand.
  • Unisex Fit: Designed to provide a professional silhouette for all team members, ensuring a consistent brand image across your workforce.
  • Polyester Blend Fabric: This material choice ensures the garment remains resilient against daily wear and tear while retaining its professional shape.

Design & Performance

Engineered with a focus on longevity, the B&C Reset softshell uses a high-quality polyester blend that feels substantial to the touch. This medium-weight fabric is particularly well-suited for transitioning between indoor and outdoor environments, providing enough warmth to be effective without causing overheating during physical activity. The well-engineered 3-layer system is designed to provide a superior finish that stands up to the rigours of daily professional use.

The 3-layer technology is more than just a specification; it is a design choice that ensures the jacket remains flexible and comfortable, even when layered over other workwear. The finish is smooth and professional, resisting the scuffs and marks that are common in more demanding work environments, ensuring your team looks as sharp at the end of the shift as they did at the start.

Customisation: Print & Embroidery

This item is available with both print and embroidery customisation, allowing you to tailor the garment to your specific branding requirements.

Embroidery delivers a textured, premium appearance that is ideal for company logos and individual names. It is particularly durable, standing up to repeated washing without fading or losing its sharp finish. For those looking for a high-end, traditional professional look, embroidery is the recommended choice.

Alternatively, printing is better suited to large, bold designs and offers a broader range of colour possibilities. This method ensures your branding remains highly visible and impactful. All customisation is handled by our expert in-house team in Telford, who have been perfecting their craft since 1976.

Use Cases

This softshell is a versatile choice for a variety of roles. It is particularly effective for site managers, surveyors, and delivery personnel who require a smart appearance but need to stay shielded from the wind. It also serves as an excellent uniform for hospitality staff working in outdoor seating areas or for corporate teams attending outdoor events where a professional appearance is paramount.

Why MyWorkwear

With a heritage dating back to 1976, MyWorkwear has spent decades refining the art of professional clothing. Based in Telford, our expertise is built into every garment we handle. We understand that your workwear is more than just clothing; it is an essential piece of equipment that helps you do your job and a reflection of your business standards.

Practical Advice

The broad size range, from XS to 5XL, ensures that you can kit out your entire workforce with a single, cohesive style. When choosing your size, consider what you intend to wear underneath; this jacket works best over a lightweight polo shirt or sweatshirt. If you are frequently between sizes, we recommend opting for the larger size to allow for easier movement during manual tasks.

Caring for your product

Maintaining the integrity of the 3-layer fabric and your custom branding is essential for the longevity of the garment. We strongly advise following the specific care instructions provided on the internal label of the jacket to ensure the technical layers continue to perform as intended and the fabric maintains its protective qualities.

Proper care not only preserves the weather-resistant properties of the softshell but also ensures that your embroidered or printed logo remains vibrant and professional for the duration of the garment's life. Neglecting these instructions can lead to premature wear of the fabric and may affect the crispness of your customisation.
