Caring for your product
To maintain the structural integrity and professional appearance of your customised headwear, it is essential to follow specific care protocols. Adhering to these guidelines will prevent premature wear and ensure the longevity of your embroidery or print.
You must not wash this cap. Exposure to water and the mechanical action of a washing machine will cause the internal stiffening of the visor and front panels to collapse, permanently ruining the cap's silhouette. For minor marks, we suggest a light spot-clean with a damp cloth only.
Do not use bleach on this garment. Chemical bleaching agents will strip the colour from the cotton-polyester melange panels and degrade the synthetic mesh, leading to irreparable damage. Similarly, dry cleaning is not permitted as the solvents used can react poorly with the internal adhesives and Flexfit band.
Under no circumstances should this cap be ironed or tumble dried. High temperatures will cause the 100% polyester mesh to melt or warp, and will likely damage the snapback closure and any applied customisation. Always allow the cap to air dry naturally away from direct heat sources.
