Product Overview

The Flexfit 110 Melange Trucker cap represents a sophisticated evolution of a classic headwear silhouette. Designed by Yupoong, this cap prioritises both aesthetic appeal and practical functionality for the modern professional. The front panels feature a refined mottled cotton-polyester blend, providing a textured look that sits comfortably between casual and corporate. The rear of the cap is constructed from a robust, transparent mesh that ensures maximum airflow during physical activity or warmer conditions.

Key Features
  • Six-Panel Construction: This structured design ensures the cap maintains its shape over time, providing a consistent professional appearance.
  • Flexfit Internal Band: The integrated elasticated band provides an adaptive fit that adjusts to the wearer's head shape for all-day comfort.
  • Adjustable Snapback Closure: Allows for precise individual adjustment, ensuring the cap remains secure regardless of the task at hand.
  • Pre-Bent Visor: Features elaborate decorative stitching and arrives ready to wear, shielding the eyes from sun and glare effectively.

Design & Performance

The choice of materials in the Flexfit 110 is deliberate. The front panels are crafted from a medium-weight blend of 60% cotton and 40% polyester, offering a balance of softness and durability. This mottled fabric hides minor dust and wear better than solid colours, which is particularly beneficial in active work environments. The 100% polyester mesh at the rear is designed for longevity, resisting fraying while maintaining its structural rigidity. It is a lightweight garment that does not compromise on build quality, ensuring it can withstand the rigours of daily use.

Customisation: Print & Embroidery

This cap is an excellent canvas for brand identity, accommodating both print and embroidery. Embroidery is highly recommended for company logos or staff names, as the dense stitching provides a high-quality, professional appearance that complements the melange fabric. For larger, more complex designs or promotional messaging, our high-definition printing process offers vibrant results that stand out against the textured front panels.

Every customisation project is managed by our expert in-house team at our Telford facility. With nearly five decades of experience since our founding in 1976, we ensure that your branding is applied with technical precision to maintain the cap's integrity.

Use Cases

The professional yet relaxed style of this trucker cap makes it suitable for a variety of sectors. It is particularly popular for delivery and logistics staff, outdoor event teams, and tradespeople who require headwear that is both breathable and brand-compatible. It also serves as an excellent high-quality promotional item for clients or team-building events.

Practical Advice

This is a one-size-fits-all garment, which simplifies the procurement process for teams of varying sizes. The combination of the Flexfit elastic band and the snapback closure means it can be adjusted to fit almost any adult head size comfortably. When wearing, ensure the snapback is not overly tightened to allow the Flexfit band to function as intended, providing the best possible fit.

Caring for your product

To maintain the structural integrity and professional appearance of your customised headwear, it is essential to follow specific care protocols. Adhering to these guidelines will prevent premature wear and ensure the longevity of your embroidery or print.

You must not wash this cap. Exposure to water and the mechanical action of a washing machine will cause the internal stiffening of the visor and front panels to collapse, permanently ruining the cap's silhouette. For minor marks, we suggest a light spot-clean with a damp cloth only.

Do not use bleach on this garment. Chemical bleaching agents will strip the colour from the cotton-polyester melange panels and degrade the synthetic mesh, leading to irreparable damage. Similarly, dry cleaning is not permitted as the solvents used can react poorly with the internal adhesives and Flexfit band.

Under no circumstances should this cap be ironed or tumble dried. High temperatures will cause the 100% polyester mesh to melt or warp, and will likely damage the snapback closure and any applied customisation. Always allow the cap to air dry naturally away from direct heat sources.
