Design & Performance
This bodywarmer is a well-engineered piece of outerwear, utilising 100% recycled 300T polyester for the main body fabric. This choice not only supports sustainability goals but also provides a durable, wind-resistant shell. The interior is insulated with DuPont Sorona padding, which consists of 37% bio plant-based polymer. This padding offers excellent thermal properties while remaining lightweight and breathable.
The performance is further enhanced by the inclusion of stretch fleece panels made from a polyester and elastane mix. This hybrid construction ensures that while the core remains warm, the wearer retains the flexibility needed for manual tasks. The addition of an inner pocket and elastic banding at the bottom hem ensures the garment stays in place and provides functional utility throughout the working day.
Customisation: Print & Embroidery
The smooth surface of the recycled polyester panels makes this bodywarmer an excellent candidate for customisation. Embroidery is highly recommended for those seeking a professional finish; our in-house team can accurately replicate company logos and staff names on the chest area. This provides a durable and prestigious look that withstands regular laundering.
For larger, high-impact branding, print options are also available. Our Telford-based expertise, dating back to 1976, ensures that every application is handled with precision. Whether you choose embroidery for its classic professional appearance or print for its bold visibility, we ensure your branding is executed to the highest standard.
Use Cases
This hybrid bodywarmer is ideally suited for corporate teams, site managers, and delivery personnel who need to maintain a professional appearance while staying warm. It is equally effective as part of a uniform for hospitality staff working in cooler environments or for tradespeople who require a layer that does not impede arm movement.

Practical Advice
The tailored fit of this bodywarmer is designed to be sleek. If your staff intend to wear this over heavy knitwear or multiple layers, you may wish to consider sizing up to ensure maximum comfort. Refer to our size guide for specific measurements across the range from XS to 5XL.
Caring for your product
To maintain the structural integrity and technical performance of the DuPont Sorona padding, we recommend a machine wash at 30°C. Washing at this temperature prevents the synthetic fibres from breaking down and ensures the recycled polyester remains in peak condition.
Ensure that all SBS zippers are fully closed before washing. This prevents the metal teeth from catching on the fleece side panels or damaging the lining during the cycle. It is also important to wash this garment separately to avoid dye transfer from other fabrics.
Do not soak the bodywarmer or use a tumble dryer. Heat from a dryer can compromise the elasticity of the side panels and cause the padding to clump, which would reduce the garment's thermal efficiency. Allowing it to air dry naturally will help maintain its shape and professional appearance for longer.
